8 Robert Downey Jr

These days, Robert Downey Jr is among the well-loved celebrities after the success of the Iron Man film series. Although he is among the most charming Hollywood actors these days, he used to be a problem among his neighbors. Almost three decades ago, Downey loves drinking, and his neighbors are in for a surprise when they unexpectedly find Downey sleeping at their house. The neighbors of Downey at the time were pissed and decided to call the police on him when they found intoxicated Downey sleeping in their room. This happened in 1996, and as he was being taken away by the police with handcuffs on his hands, Downey reportedly made faces at the neighbors' daughter.

7 James Franco

At the time, James Franco bought a compound located in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles with his producing partner Vince Jolivette. The duo used the property to conduct business which unfortunately caused some nuisance to their neighbors. It was reported that the neighbors are disturbed since the people working for the Pineapple Express actor were also living on the property, and they can be rowdy at times. The duo also used the property for shooting, were they ended up blocking the driveway as they shoot. In addition, the hair and makeup crews were also set up in the driveway of the property, which caused inconvenience to the entire neighborhood.

6 David Dayan Fisher

The NCIS actor David Dayan Fisher landed in jail in 2011 after he got into some argument with his neighbor. It was reported that they started arguing because of some hanging wet towels in the backyard. The argument got heated, which eventually led to Fisher choking his neighbor, leading to some felony battery charges against the actor playing Trent Kort of NCIS. Fisher claimed that he was just acting in self-defense after the neighbor had insulted his dead mother.

5 Natasha Lyonne

The Russian Doll actress was charged for harassment, trespassing and criminal mischief after she has reportedly threatened to molest the dog of her neighbor in 2005. According to the report from People Magazine, Lyonne banged on her neighbor's door then went straight into their apartment and decided to rip the mirror on their wall. The charges against her were eventually dropped, but she had to pay $2,000 in restitution in addition to the court-ordered treatment.

4 Axl Rose

One cold night in the year 1990, the frontman of Guns N' Roses decided to play his music way too loud that his neighbors decided to knock on his door and tell him to turn the music down. As expected, Axl Rose did not listen to what his neighbor has to say and decided to snatch the car keys of his neighbors and throw it out of the sliding glass door to the ground down below. He thought that was not enough, he then got the wine from the neighbor's hands, drank it all then hit the neighbor's head with it. The police were called, and the neighbor accused Axl Rose of assault.

3 Sylvester Stallone

The Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone had trouble with his neighbor Los Angeles Dodgers Vin Scully. In 1993, the Legendary voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers decided to sue Sylvester Stallone because the rainwater runoff from the yard of the actor has damaged the home of Vin Scully. The jury unanimously decided that Stallone needed to pay Scully since there was indeed damage to his property and he was ordered to pay $69,000.

2 Chris Brown

Unsurprisingly, the American singer and songwriter Chris Brown is on this list. The neighbors of the Look At Me Now singer complained against him and his friends when they were speeding their ATVs through the neighborhood. The neighborhood of his residence was disturbed by this behavior because there were a lot of kids and pets living there. Someone got proof of his wildness with his friends by taking a video and sending it over to TMZ.

1 Brandon Jones

Brandon Jones got into a heated argument with his neighbor at his North Hills property. The Pretty Little Liars actor argued with his neighbor and when things got so heated, he reportedly ended up pointing a gun on his neighbor and also pointed a knife on him later on. As a result, the actor was sued, and he pled no contest to charges of misdemeanor assault with a firearm. This resulted into 180 days of jail time and three years under probation.
