Being stuck with a group of strangers on a remote island with barely enough resources for you to survive on hardly makes a great situation for romances to blossom and thrive. That would be the consensus, but the hit CBS show Survivor has demonstrated otherwise. The reality series, throughout its 23-year run, has seen a lot of love stories unfold, beginning with romances from the earlier seasons to the later editions of the show.

Incredibly – and interestingly – some of these Survivor couples even ended up marrying each other and starting their own families together! Curious which ones we’re talking about? Below, check out the Survivor showmances that are still going strong years after first meeting and falling in love on the show.
