Statler Hinted She May Sue TLC For Stealing Her Concept

Statler didn't mince words about her intentions to seek legal recourse. “Looks like I’ll officially be filing a lawsuit for them using my stolen idea,” she declared with fiery determination.

“I’m not kidding. Luckily I’ve had enough coaching to prove that this was my idea that I presented to them 1.5 years ago. The fact that Sharp Entertainment/90 Day have used my idea without giving me credit or compensating me is a violation of intellectual property, and I’m prepared to prove it,” she continued in a follow-up slide.

“This company is so devoid of a moral backbone, and my lawyers and I have been preparing this case,” Statler added.

The reality star didn’t stop there. She teased an even juicier alternative: a live-stream project where she and several other cast members—those who still have a spine, according to her—might broadcast their lives in real-time.

"We’re thinking of renting a place for a month where we’ll livestream full-time and show you unedited reality,” she revealed.

To gauge fan interest, she posted a poll asking whether they would support her live-stream over the 90 Day House spinoff. “We will have cast members whose NDAs have expired and are chomping at the bit to reveal all the dirty deets,” Statler added.

She continued, “(As well as cast members who are under their NDA but no longer give AF) because why play clean against a dirty company?”
