In the same interview, Nick Cannon made it sound like he had put Mariah Carey (and all of his previous partners) through some challenging times. He discussed his co-parenting relationship with his exes, saying: "Yeah, I mean, to their credit, you know what I mean? Dealing with me must be madness."
He also addressed his twins, Moroccan and Monroe, who are now teenagers. "Teenagers are scary. I feel like I'm still a teenager," he confessed. "To see my daughter literally becoming a young woman before my eyes is very scary."
As for how he establishes a good co-parenting relationship with his exes (Mariah, Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole, and Alyssa Scott)? Nick revealed they focus on the children and put them first. "At the end of the day, if you put the kids first and remove ego, you can do anything," he told People. It's not the first time he has commented on prioritizing his children. "There's no hard feelings and ill will," he told People in 2017 about his relationship with Mariah. "Ultimately, it's about putting the kids first and making sure they have the best childhood they could possibly have."
