Anyone with a working internet connection knows that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are getting a divorce and that Kanye is not handling it well. Kim is keeping her distance from Kanye and keeping him from visiting their children unsupervised, which Kanye has taken as a personal attack despite. He has also publicly admitted that he is refusing to take his mental health medications.
Kanye has taken to Instagram recently and said derogatory things about Kim and her new boyfriend, Saturday Night Live’s Pete Davidson. Although Kanye has deleted most of the posts that attack Pete and Kim, he has not changed his behavior and is still insisting that he will win Kim back. After being approached by Kim, Kanye says he has taken “accountability” for putting Kim and Pete’s safety at risk with his posts, but despite his efforts to clean his Instagram slate, permanent damage has been done to both his relationship with Kim and his reputation. In a copyright-infringing graphic using Marvel’s Civil War movie poster, Kanye posted a photoshopped image with his head imposed on one of the marvel heroes opposite Pete Davidson. On Davidson’s side, we see Kim, Billie Eilish (who Kanye, for some reason, thought was trolling Travis Scott when she helped a fan) Kid Cudi, and Taylor Swift. Kanye has Julia Fox, Future, and Travis Scott backing him up on the poster. One has to wonder how much time Kanye spent making this instead of doing anything else. And why he thinks this would help him win Kim back is beyond confusing.
7 Kanye West Deleted A Pic of Him With Pete Davidson And Kid Cudi
In an old photo of himself with Kid Cudi and Pete Davidson, Kanye X-ed out Pete’s face and posted the caption “I JUST WANTED MY FRIEND TO HAVE MY BACK THE KNIFE JUST GOES IN DEEPER”. Allegedly this post was directed at Kid Cudi, who Kanye had feuded with before but had reconciled with in 2016. That reconciliation was railroaded by Kid Cudi’s friendship with Pete Davidson. Kanye even went as far as to declare that he will “never work with Kid Cudi again.” Cudi was not bothered and reminded Kanye that “I've been the best thing about your albums since I met you,” after calling Kanye a “f**king dinosaur.”
6 Kanye West Called Kim Kardashian A Bad Mom
For someone who wants Kim back so badly, Kanye certainly doesn’t seem to understand that women are not wooed by threats and personal attacks. Along with the series of smears and attempts to intimidate Pete Davidson, Kanye has publicly questioned Kim’s ability as a mother. Most notable was his offense taken to Kim allowing their eldest daughter North to have a TikTok, which Kim supervises for safety. Kanye also alleged that Kim was not allowing him to see their kids without security present and that he was “not allowed” to come to North West's birthday party. Kim responded with a lengthy Instagram post decrying Kanye’s continued harassment and expressed a desire to reconcile safely for the good of their kids. Forgive the editorialization, but that doesn’t sound like a bad mom to us, Kanye.

“My daughter is on Tik Tok without my consent,” was the opening line of Kanye’s plea to the internet for advice regarding how he should approach his disapproval of North West’s TikTok.
Then, West, who has been both a Trump supporter and a Trump competitor, posted a thank you to struggling right-wing pundit and fellow Trumper Candace Owens. He thanked her for agreeing with him that “no 8-year-old needs social media.” Choosing to ally with Owens is one of Kanye’s riskiest movies as Owens, like Kanye, has fallen heavily out of public favor, and it will not likely swoon Kim as she is a vocal Democrat. Owens is closely associated with disgraced former President Donald Trump, who left the presidency with record-breakingly low approval ratings and public ire after he attempted to overthrow the 2020 election on January 6th, 2021. Kanye could have chosen a much better, less alienating ally in his quest to win back Kim.
4 Kanye West Shared Private Messages With Kim Kardashian’s Relatives
Kanye shared screenshots of several private messages to “reveal” what is going on between him and Kim. In a text exchange between him and one of Kim’s cousins, who was asking Kanye for stock tips, the two allegedly agreed that North West is too young to be on social media. Her cousins are entitled to their opinion, but the fact that one of them agrees with Kanye does not mean Kim is obliged to delete the account in any way. What Kanye thought this would accomplish will forever be a mystery.

The most notorious and pathetic thing Kanye has done on social media lately has been to smear and intimidate Pete Davidson. Kanye has given Pete childish nicknames (Skete), posted untrue stories about Pete’s previous relationship with Ariana Grande, and in the most juvenile of attempts to win Kim back, he alleged that Pete Davidson was gay. Even if that were true, which it isn’t, someone should tell Kanye that there is nothing wrong with being a member of the LGBTQA+ community, unless you’re a bigot. Kanye even went as far as to say that Pete Davidson had AIDS, effectively belittling an epidemic that has killed 700,000 Americans. Not cool.

“You will never meet my kids,” was Kanye’s public response to Pete Davidson’s private message that expressed nothing but the utmost sincerity. Davidson said that he does not want to be a cause of division and that he does not want to keep Kanye from his kids and that he “hopes to meet them one day.” Kanye responded by sharing a screenshot of Davidson with Machine Gun Kelly goofing around in their underwear with the above-mentioned caption.
