Amanda Bynes Recently Bought A Home In LA With Fiancé Paul Michael

Back in March of 2022, it was said that Amanda Bynes was getting back on her feet. She was set to rent out a home out in LA, alongside partner Paul Michael. This was coming off the conservatorship coming to an end.

According to her attorney, the area of the move was new and developed.

"Her attorney, David A. Esquibias, told TMZ that the former child star is hoping to move into the new and modern rental, which is reportedly in a very private neighborhood close from the ocean, with her fiancé Paul Michael.," Daily Mail writes.

Although things seemed to be positive for Bynes, there were conflicting reports just a month later. According to People, Bynes had kicked Paul Michael out of the house.

She said, "His behavior is alarming, and I'm afraid of what he'll do. ... He needs serious help. I kicked him out of my house."

The rollercoaster ride between the two continues, as most recently, the couple were spotted, once again together. Here's to hoping Bynes has a stable living situation because years prior, it was a different story.

Amanda Bynes Got Kicked Out Of Her NYC Apartment After Several Complaints

According to the residence living in Amanda Bynes' NYC apartment building, her exit was a longtime coming. It is said that prior to her arrest, there were several complaints made about Bynes and 'taking puffs' in her apartment.

An NYPD source spoke to In Touch, stating, “Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment,” the source says. “She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell her apartment was really annoying people.”

Bynes was ultimately kicked out after 'puffing' in the halls of her apartment building. All her stuff was also taken out of the NYC studio.

"At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment,” the insider adds. “She is officially gone from the building.”

According to Amanda Bynes' former friend, there were other problems taking place behind the scenes for Bynes, during that time residing in NYC.

Ana Rivera had some odd reveals pertaining to Bynes' time in the New York apartment building. Among one of them, was the apartment being a complete mess, and the shower not even having a curtain to keep the water in.

"The (Wall Street) place was a mess. She didn't even have a shower curtain in the bathroom, so there was always an inch of water on the floor," Rivera said.

Bynes would also watch TV on mute, while changing the light bulbs to red in the studio...

According to Rivera, finding friends wasn't the easiest for the actress during her time in New York.

"She opened up, and it was obvious she had problems. It was immediately obvious she didn't have any friends. When I asked if she'd met a lot of people since she moved to New York, she said only me and another woman in her building," Rivera told Coleman-Rayner.

Clearly, Bynes' stint in NYC turned out to be quite forgettable.
