For Andrew Dice Clay, his beef with CNN all stems from an interview but clearly, he isn't the first person to lose it while being questioned. For Andrew Dice Clay, things went completely south when the interviewer made a comment about his career, one that the comedian didn't take kindly to.

"I’ve been getting in trouble my whole life and I really don’t care what anybody thinks of what I do on stage as a comic,” he said. “I know there are people out there who don’t even like this kind of comedy. Turn off the TV, turn the channel. Don’t watch me."
He was ready for a career comeback years ago, appearing on CNN. However, things would go south in a hurry.
Andrew Dice Clay Lost It When The Interviewer Shaded Him
"Let's talk about where your career has been?" It was at that point, in which the entire interview got derailed, with Dice completely losing his cool. The interviewer would make things that much worse after the question, stating, "You popped out for a while, you were a headline guy, now you're running a gym," the reporter stated.
This did not sit well with Dice, who would go off on the reporter stating, "Running a gym? You're supposed to be a news guy, where are you getting your information? This is ridiculous, I come on CNN and the guy doesn't even know what he's talking about."
- It is in fact believed that when Andrew Dice Clay moved to Florida, he ran a Gold's Gym alongside his wife while undergoing therapy.
Dice's rant would be followed be some major F bombs, which received a huge gasp from those in the CNN studio.
Clay would continue on by taking off his microphone and walking off set, the cameras would turn away and while they did so, the sound of Dice going off was still very present. It was an awkward moment and one fans were split looking back on.
