This is also not the first time that Cohen has teased changes. In July 2024, he told a caller on the radio show Andy Cohen Live: "We are rebooting the show. We're gonna reboot it. We're gonna do something different." He added, "We're gonna see what we do. We'll see. I don't know. Maybe just all fresh faces."

Many of the stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey have a large fan following, and Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice are some of the most well-known names in the Real Housewives franchise. But could they be returning for Season 15?
Gorga addressed the casting and appeared to suggest that no one is safe. "Sometimes when we're at dinner, we'll speculate and say, what do you think? What do you think they're going to do?" she told People in November 2024. "I mean, we'd be lying if we said we didn't, but at the end of the day we know all of us have zero control over it. So whatever is meant to be will be, and that's how it goes."

The Real Housewives is also expanding with the announcement of The Real Housewives of London and The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Cohen shared more information about the latter series in an interview with Page Six, and he compared the upcoming show to the original RHONJ. "They are very Italian," Cohen told the publication. "Rhode Island is such a small state, and they all kind of know each other and overlap, and it's an incredible group of women who have really interesting connections. I think it’s going to really surprise people."
