Arnold Schwarzenegger Didn't Like A Legislator, And Had A Unique Way Of Vetoing His Proposal

Spill Your Guts was a tremendous segment on James Corden's late night talk show. Arnold Schwarzenegger was among the top guests to ever take part. As expected, Arnold Schwarzenegger's cameo made for entertaining television, and an appearance fans had a blast with.

It was Corden's goal for Arnold to take a sip of one of the not-so pleasant beverages on-hand. Fans thought Corden finally got Arnold when he was asked to speak about a lie he told while he was governor. Credit to Arnold, who kept his cool, and had quite the story attached.

Arnold stated that he had vetoed a particular bill, and it came from someone he wasn't fond of. When coming up with the veto letter, Arnold had a hidden message of "F*** You" with every letter at the start of a line.

Arnold was asked about that the following day at a press conference, and he decided to play stupid and lie about it.

“At the press conference the next day, when they discovered that [‘f— you’ message], the press, they said to me, ‘Did you know that it says ‘f— you’?” Schwarzenegger tells Corden. “And I said, ‘No, no. Wait, wait a minute. Where does it say that?”

The audience had a great reaction to the story.

The segment four years ago had other great moments, and that included a Donald Trump question.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Also Spoke About His Relationship With Donald Trump During His Interview With James Corden

Once again, Arnold decided to answer a question instead of eating or drinking. Along with spilling secrets about his time as governor, he also spoke about Trump. Arnold was asked what was the worst thing Trump ever said behind closed doors. According to Arnold, Trump was very different behind the scenes and quite respectful. However, it was a different story in front of the media.

“In private he was always very nice,” he began. “The last private conversation I had with him was when he called to ask me for my endorsement when he ran for president and I declined."

Schwarzenegger went on to reveal that since he declined to endorse Trump, their relationship changed. Donald would take to the media to voice his displeasure.

"Since then, everything that he says about me, not to me, is on Twitter, which sucks. So, I think he was always kind of nice in private, but in public I think he’s very mean spirited.”
