Caila Quinn has found love...even though it wasn't with the man she was courting when she was a contestant on ABC's The Bachelor.
Caila Quinn appeared on the 20th season of The Bachelor in 2016, and was eliminated in week nine. She returned for the third season of Bachelor in Paradise, but quit after week five.
Quinn later met her now-fiancé Nick Burello through a mutual friend, and the two began dating. Us Weekly confirmed their engagement in January 2020.
Quinn's Engagement
Quinn recalled her engagement to Barellos in her interview with Us:
"As we start walking up the table at sunset, by the beach, there was an acoustic guitar playing this beautiful romantic song, 'The Way You Look Tonight’ and I start tearing up. And it was just a special evening where we had dinner by the ocean and we kind of talked about our relationship, our lives together. It was just the two of us.
"Then, at the end of the dinner, he asked me to slow dance and I said, ‘OK.’ So we started slow dancing and I’m swaying in his arms and then he gets on one knee and he asks me."
Quinn's Happily Ever After Begins
Quinn is now returning to reality television, for a guest appearance on Say Yes To The Dress, to pick out her dress for the big day.
The show, which has been running since 2007, is a reality series about Klenfield Bridal; each episode focuses on a few different brides to be looking for the perfect wedding dress.
TLC released a clip of Quinn's episode on YouTube to promote it. In the video, she discussed her experience on The Bachelor as well as her fandom of Say Yes to the Dress.
Quinn showed no sadness about not winning on The Bachelor when asked in the trailer. She said, "So I went on the show looking for love, but I still had a lot of growing up to do, and it wasn't until I gave up on really looking for my person that I met Nick."
"I can envision him walking into the bar like it was yesterday and he was so handsome. I think about it all the time and I'm the luckiest girl in the world because this entire experience led me to him."
Quinn's episode of Say Yes to the Dress will air Saturday, July 11 at 8 p.m. EST.
