Jenn’s Bachelorette Finale Has Been Delayed
Here’s the scoop: Jenn’s Fantasy Suite dates, which fans were eagerly anticipating, aired on Monday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. That’s right, Jenn and her top three guys—Devin, Marcus, and Jonathon—are heading to Hawaii for some last-minute romantic rendezvous. But don’t get too comfy; the season’s drama isn’t over just yet.
The "Men Tell All" special hit screens the very next night, Tuesday, August 27, at 8 p.m. ET, where Jenn faced off with the men who started this wild ride with her, including Aaron Erb, Thomas Nguyen, and Sam McKinney.
And if that wasn’t enough, Bachelor Nation will get a sneak peek at Grant Ellis’ upcoming The Bachelor season, with him officially announced as the lead for Season 29. But hold your horses because the real twist is the finale. It’s not coming up immediately after the "Men Tell All" like fans might expect.

These Bachelor Nation Stars Went Back To Their Day Jobs
After making their reality TV appearances, these Bachelor Nation stars went right back to working their 9-5 jobs.
Instead, the big finale is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, at 8 p.m. ET, giving viewers an extra day to stew over all the drama. The episode will run for three full hours, featuring the "After the Final Rose" segment that’s sure to be packed with more surprises.
Bachelorette’s Ratings Are Reportedly Low
So, why the delay? It turns out the Labor Day holiday on September 2 might be the culprit, disrupting the usual schedule. But ratings are also playing a role in this reshuffle. Since its debut on July 8, The Bachelorette has seen its viewership slide faster than a contestant’s chances of getting a rose.
Premiering with 2.801 million viewers, the show’s numbers have taken a nosedive, with a 15.17 percent drop in the second week. Things went from bad to worse with a 16.85 percent dip in the fourth episode, only to bounce back slightly by 11.62 percent. The latest episode, airing August 19, saw another 9.75 percent fall, with just 2.314 million viewers tuning in.
The declining ratings are just one piece of the puzzle. ABC's recent schedule adjustments due to the 2024 Democratic National Convention haven’t exactly helped matters. Viewers in the Mountain and Pacific Time zones faced serious disruptions.
In the Mountain Time zone, the episode started at 7 p.m. but was interrupted for an hour to cover the DNC, running past the usual time slot. On the West Coast, the episode’s 8 p.m. start was delayed as the convention ran over.
With the season nearing its end, Bachelor Nation is left on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting to see who will snag Jenn’s final rose. Stay tuned—this season’s finale promises to deliver all the twists, turns, and tantalizing moments that make The Bachelorette a must-watch, even if the finale is slightly behind schedule.
