24 Vin Diesel — I Am Groot (Season 2)

It's hard not to think of Vin Diesel without thinking about the Fast & Furious franchise. The fast-paced films have turned him into one of the most recognizable action stars in Hollywood. He's become a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the character of Groot in six different superhero films. He's also starred in flicks like The Pacifier and Find Me Guilty.

In addition to the Guardians of the Galaxy films, Vin Diesel has portrayed Groot in the fun animated series, I Am Groot on Disney +. Based on the Marvel Comics, this series follows baby Groot as he goes on adventures in a time that takes place between the Guardians of the Galaxy and a teaser clip that played in the mid-credits of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The film also stars the voices of Bradley Cooper and Jeffrey Wright.

23 Pedro Pascal — The Mandalorian (Season 3)

It's hard to deny that Pedro Pascal is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand stars in Hollywood. Originally hailing from Chilé, Pascal (born José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal) has starred in a slew of hit television shows over the course of his career. Some of his biggest breakthrough roles have been in Netflix's Narcos and Max's Game of Thrones. Pascal's most recent claim to fame has been in The Last of Us, a show based on a video game of the same name.

For many Pascal fans, the actor's part in The Mandalorian is one of his very best. An epic space-western, we follow Pascal as he embodies the true form of a Mandalorian, an archetype we haven't seen since the days of the old republic in the Star Wars universe. The show is directed and created by Jon Favreau and is currently in its third season.

Over the course of his career, he's scored leading roles in tons of hit blockbusters, including Extraction (and Extraction 2), Interceptor, and The Huntsman. But one of his most famous roles is Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

While Hemsworth is typically more of a movie star kind of guy, he currently stars in a Disney Plus show, called Limitless With Chris Hemsworth. 21 Jeff Goldblum — The World According to Jeff Goldblum (Season 2)

Jeff Goldblum has become a household name thanks to his appearance in some of the highest-grossing films of our time. Many movie buffs may recognize him from the hit blockbuster Jurassic Park, as the peculiar Dr. Ian Malcolm, or as the tech genius David Levinson in Independence Day. But he's also respected for one of his earliest roles in the sci-fi thriller, The Fly, in which he starred alongside Geena Davis.

This time, Jeff Goldblum is playing himself in The World According to Jeff Goldblum. Now in its second season, the show follows the A-list actor as he learns the secrets behind everyday things, like dogs, magic, fireworks, and more. Unfortunately, there are no reported plans to create a third season of the addictively inquisitive show.

20 Emilia Clarke — Secret Invasion (Season 1)

Emilia Clarke, originally from England, earned a name for herself in Hollywood after starring in the very popular Game of Thrones on Max as the fierce Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Targaryen. Her portrayal was so impressive, in fact, that it earned her nominations for four Primetime Emmy Awards. The actress went on to star in various films, including Last Christmas and Me Before You.

Thanks to her role in Secret Invasion, Clarke has earned her place in the iconic Marvel Cinematic Universe and was incredibly excited to work with the Secret Invasion's impressive cast, according to The New York Times. And that's no surprise, given that the show stars the likes of Academy Award winner Olivia Colman, Samuel L. Jackson, and Don Cheadle, just to name a few.

19 Mark Ruffalo — She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Season 1)

Mark Ruffalo wasn't always the huge action star he is today. Originally from Wisconsin, Ruffalo started his career in various low-budget films and TV shows. Over time, he started landing bigger, better roles in films like The Last Castle, In the Cut, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. He also starred in rom-coms, like 13 Going on 30 and the highly acclaimed The Kids Are All Right, which earned him a nomination for an Academy Award.

Ruffalo reached true A-list status, however, after taking on the iconic role of Bruce Benner, or The Hulk. In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Ruffalo makes his ninth appearance as The Hulk since his first one in The Avengers back in 2012. With the first season of the show, also starring Tatiana Maslani and Jameela Jamil, being the hit that it was in 2022, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is reported to release its second season in late 2023 or 2024.

18 Tom Hiddleston — Loki (Season 2)

A classically trained actor, Tom Hiddleston, originally from London, England, started his career as a stage actor. He made quite a name for himself on stage, earning lots of critical acclaim and even a Laurence Olivier Award for "best newcomer in a play" for his role in William Shakespeare's Cymbeline. But Hiddleston's real claim to fame came from his role as Loki in the MCU, starring in a handful of films embodying the character.

On Disney Plus, Loki follows this alternate version of Hiddleston's character, also known as the "God of Mischief," as the goes on an adventure in the time following Avengers: Endgame. The first queer character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Loki is somewhat of a breakthrough show in the franchise, earning it lots of praise. Loki's second season on Disney Plus is set to premiere on October 6, 2023.

17 Michelle Yeoh — American Born Chinese (Season 1)

Born Yeoh Choo Kheng in Malaysia, Michelle Yeoh has become one of the biggest A-listers in Hollywood, namely as a skilled action star. Her early career was spent starring in big action flicks in Hong Kong, which is where she really began to make a name for herself. But Yeoh started to catch American audiences' attention after appearing in the Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies. From there, she went on to star in a handful of high-grossing films, including Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny, Crazy Rich Asians, and Everything Everywhere All at Once, which earned her an Oscar for Best Leading Actress.

Released in May 2023, American Born Chinese is based on the graphic novel of the same name and features eight episodes in its first season. The action-comedy series stars Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan (who also starred alongside Yeoh in Everything Everywhere All at Once,), Ben Wang, and more. The show also features iconic Chinese mythical characters, played by a large cast of talented guest stars, and is deserving of its spot on this list of the Best Shows on Disney+.

Elizabeth Olsen is a California native, and she's been around showbiz most of her life thanks to her ultra-famous twin sisters, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. But Ashley Olsen has since made a name for herself in Hollywood, becoming a respected actress in her own right. Her first film, Martha Marcy May Marlene was critically acclaimed, and it put the actress on the map. From there she went on to star in various series and movies, including Max's Love & Death.

Olsen has become even more of an A-lister thanks to her portrayal as Wanda Maximoff, or Scarlet Witch, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In WandaVision, we follow Wanda and Vision as they navigate life in New Jersey and suspect things aren't quite right around them. The show has only released one season thus far and a second season is expected, however, it will likely have a different title.

15 Ewan McGregor — Obi-Wan Kenobi (Season 1)

A Scottish actor, Ewan McGregor, has made a name for himself on the Hollywood scene, starring in tons of popular series and films. From the famous movie musical hit, Moulin Rouge, to Emma and Beauty and the Beast, McGregor has tackled in many different genres. But, in more recent years, the actor has made his way into the Star Wars universe, playing Obi-Wan Kenobi in three different prequels.

In Obi-Wan Kenobi, McGregor reprises his role as the famous Jedi master in a time that takes place 10 years after Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith. Along with McGregor, the show's cast includes Hayden Christensen, who plays Anakin Skywalker. While the first season was released back in 2022, there are no set plans to release a second season of the show, but Obi-Wan Kenobi is certainly deserving of a spot on our list of the Best Shows on Disney+ starring some of the most popular celebrities.
