Bianca Allegedly Sent Inappropriate Videos To Minors

The legal documents state that in April, when Kanye announced his intention to launch an adult entertainment business, Bianca sent a file-sharing link to an employee containing explicit sexual content. Furthermore, it was alleged that minors could access these videos as they worked on developing the adult content app.

The case reportedly names Kanye and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, as defendants, though Bianca, is not included despite the shocking claims levied against her.

The documents also allege that Kanye failed to fulfill promises to pay his employees and subjected them to various types of mistreatment while under his employment.

Ye allegedly failed to compensate employees for their efforts in promoting his albums, Vultures and Vultures 2, as he launched his music streaming app, YZYVSN. Instead, Kanye and Milo allegedly hired an international development group that included employees as young as 14 years old.

In addition to the claims about explicit videos, the lawsuit claims the duo created a hostile work environment for employees of color by hiring white managers who mocked Black and Hispanic workers with derogatory job titles like “New Slaves.”

He may now be one of the most famous people on the planet, but Kanye once had a very normal job that many people have worked in.

It is also alleged that Milo called a young employee a “school shooter” and sent a Black/brown skin emoji to a Black team member.

The documents further accuse Milo of promising the development group $120,000 if they agreed to the harsh working conditions and refrained from complaining during their employment. Kanye apparently required all employees to sign non-disclosure agreements, threatening to terminate and withhold payment from minors if they did not comply. The minors were also allegedly made to sign “volunteer” agreements.

For now, Kanye hasn’t publicly responded to the lawsuit.

He’s been sued on multiple occasions by staff alleging mistreatment and inappropriate behavior, including one woman who claims the rapper sexually harassed her and didn’t compensate her as promised while she worked as his assistant.

Lauren Pisciotta’s lawsuit claims Ye he began sending her explicit text messages shortly after they agreed to work together. The legal documents allege that Kanye inundated her with sexual texts, videos, and photos, including at least two videos depicting him having sex with a model.

Pisciotta also accuses Kanye of engaging in masturbatory acts during phone calls, during which he would ask if she could hear him or try to get her to guess what he was doing. Additionally, she claims that Kanye had an unusual obsession with her past relationships.

Despite these actions, Kanye promoted Pisciotta to the position of Chief of Staff for his companies, allegedly compensating her with $4 million. However, she asserts that she was terminated in October 2022 and was offered $3 million in severance pay, which she accepted but never received, leading her to file the ongoing lawsuit.
