“She quietly left [the religion],” the insider explained. “But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t talk to her friends and family still in Scientology.”

[Based on] who she’s hanging out with, it’s obvious she’s put Scientology behind her,” another source added.

A different insider told the publication, “Bijou is trying to put the whole sordid mess behind her and concentrate on building a new chapter.” They added, “Bijou has great friends in her corner, and family members are there for her 24/7.”

Shortly after Masterson’s conviction in September, her attorney released a statement confirming Bijou was divorcing him.

“Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter,” Bijou’s attorney Lauzon Paluch told TMZ. “This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.”

The following month saw Bijou submitting a request for full custody of her 9-year-old daughter, whom she co-parents with Masterson. Rather than contesting her filing, Masterson only sought visitation rights for himself.

More recently, Danny’s appeal was denied earlier this month, with the judge claiming he’s a flight risk now that he’s freshly divorced, denying his reqeuest for bail.

"If defendant’s conviction and sentence are upheld on appeal, he will likely remain in custody for decades and perhaps the rest of his life," the judge explained. "In light of the fact that defendant has no wife to go home to, defendant now has every incentive to flee and little reason to return to state prison to serve out the remainder of his lengthy sentence should his appeal be unsuccessful.”

'The Ranch': Here's What The Cast Is Up To Now

Even though the show ended not too long ago, the year that followed was pretty eventful. Let's see what the cast of 'The Ranch' has been up to.

Though Bijou seems to have now cut herself off from Masterson, she was by his side through the years-long trial, even submitting a letter to the court prior to his sentencing to ask for leniency, emphasizing what a good father he was to their 9-year old daughter.

“I depended on Danny to take care of me and our daughter. I always felt that she would be OK because Danny is an amazing father,” she said. “He was devoted to our daughter, would read her books, take her on walks and to ballet lessons. I never once heard him complain. The two were inseparable.”

Danny and Bijou tied the knot in 2011 and celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Fianna, in 2014. Nevertheless, in 2017, Masterson faced allegations of rape from several women, which he adamantly refuted. These accusations resulted in his removal from the Netflix series The Ranch, followed by legal actions, ultimately leading to his present imprisonment.
