2024 is almost over, and Bravo influencers are looking forward to 2025 — and more specifically, the long-awaited return of BravoCon.
As BravoCon is slowly working its way across social media platforms, you might be asking: "Wait, what's BravoCon?"
Like the name suggests, BravoCon is a fan convention, of the sort often associated with sci-fi and fantasy "fandoms."
Reality TV has its own fandoms, and in 2019, Bravo launched its first-ever BravoCon, an event with all the camaraderie and fan frenzy of, say, Comic-Con, but with a focus on Bravo's growing roster of reality shows.
We all know now that 2019 was something of a "last normal year" before the events of 2020 descended upon us all.
The first BravoCon was held from November 15 to November 17, one month before a global pandemic emerged, and the world ground to a halt — but in Bravo's own words, that first BravoCon was set to be "fabulous":
"Get ready for more than 50 live events during this epic three-day weekend in New York City showcasing the network's top series, including Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Below Deck franchise, Don't Be Tardy, Married to Medicine, the Million Dollar Listing franchise, Project Runway, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Dallas, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of New York City, The Real Housewives of Orange County, The Real Housewives of Potomac, Shahs of Sunset, Southern Charm, Summer House, Top Chef, and Vanderpump Rules."
The first BravoCon was held in New York City, and at the time, it drew widespread notice.
In November 2019, Vox published a piece about the first BravoCon, describing it from the perspective of a non-fan:
"We are at the first-ever BravoCon, a three-day event where 10,000 people have paid between $125 for a one-day general admission pass and $1,500 for a three-day super VIP package to get close to to their favorite stars.
"Attendees, most of them women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, look not unlike “Bravolebrities” themselves: They have perfect TV blowouts and wear leopard print and are drinking wine before noon; in an alternate timeline they could have been the ones onstage throwing ham at people.
"They are here ... for panel discussions and photo ops devoted to the celebration of what can only be described as the Bravo Extended Universe."
Bravo boasted "nearly 90 Bravolebrities," and on November 20, the network deemed BravoCon "the ultimate superfan experience":
"BravoCon 2019's three-day extravaganza gave fans all the Bravo they could handle, from revealing panels to unforgettable parties to the Real Housewives Museum."
By 2022, BravoCon had grown to include nearly 150 Bravolebrities, and as we reported at the time, its size led to mixed fan reaction:
"Bravo fans praised the convention for providing exclusive panels, photo ops and experiences with their favorite stars, allowing them to learn more about their favorite reality shows. Others criticized the event for its long lines for meet-and-greets, the bar and the panels."
Unfortunately for Bravo's biggest fans, BravoCon 2024 didn't happen.
On April 10, The Hollywood Reporter explained that several smaller events would occur in its place, before BravoCon returned in 2025, adding:
"Bravo said that last year’s [BravoCon in 2023] was attended by 27,000 fans and more than 160 network stars, including the casts of The Real Housewives of New York and Vanderpump Rules. Network exec and on-air personality Andy Cohen also led panels and events at the convention."
BravoCon 2023 was held in Las Vegas, and earlier this year, Andy Cohen confirmed BravoCon 2025 would be in Vegas again.
BravoCon 2025: What We Know
On Sunday, several Bravo influencers and reality TV accounts started buzzing about BravoCon 2025.
Over on Instagram, @betches host Ryan Bailey posted about the convention, writing:
"Letsssss goooo! Bravocon returns to Vegas November 2025! This is huge news!! Take my money now."
One commenter pointed out that BravoCon 2025 "isn't news," citing Andy's previous confirmation of it.
But over on X, two other Bravo-centric accounts also started talking about BravoCon on the same day (October 13):
Per Bravo's most recent "Daily Dish" post about BravoCon, the dates listed are accurate: November 14 through November 16, 2025.
It will be held at Caesar's Forum, and as for ticket prices and availability, Bravo says:
Ticket information and additional details will be provided at a later date.
Bravo hasn't disclosed pricing for BravoCon 2025, but the network offers text alerts for fans hoping to attend.
