The truth is, Monaghan works out at a gym called Dogpound. Not many people know what Dogpound is, but some may have heard about it before.

According to Dogpound's website, Dogpound is a gym that offers personal training and group fitness classes in cities such as New York and Los Angeles. Those places just so happen to be where celebrities frequent.

Dogpound is known for its celebrity clientele, such as Hugh Jackman, Karlie Kloss, Justin Bieber, and Hailey Baldwin. Highsnobiety reports that those celebs, and many more, are regular visitors to the esteemed gym franchise.

Monaghan has posted pictures to his Instagram of his trips to Dogpound, including some workout snapshots. According to Yahoo, Monaghan's workout routine is estimated to be pretty intense.

Apparently, Monaghan's main source of exercise is strength training. He lifts weights at least three times a week, focusing on different muscle groups each session. He also does some core exercises like crunches and planks to keep his abs toned.

Of course, what's a workout plan without cardio? Monaghan has made sure not to forget about these important exercises. He does fast walking for 30 minutes every day. He may also do some high-intensity interval training or sprinting once or twice a week. These cardio exercises are known to boost endurance and burn calories, seemingly Monaghan's goal.

Monaghan has paid attention to his diet, too. In an interview Monaghan did with Black Chalk, he opened up about his diet.

Monaghan follows a generally balanced and healthy diet that minimizes added sugar, fried foods, and processed carbs. He eats lots of vegetables, moderate amounts of whole grains, lean meat, and seafood. Monaghan also consumes some healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, and nuts, avoiding a lot of the "dirty" fats such as fast food. Although he has confessed to the occasional cheat day.

Monaghan also drinks plenty of water and avoids alcohol and soda.

If a celebrity wants to work out at Dogpound gym, they need to be prepared to pay a hefty price. According to Dogpound's website, Dogpound does not have a membership fee, but it charges per session for its personal training and group classes. Depending on the trainer, the location, and the number of sessions the celebrity books, they can expect to pay anywhere from $200 to $1000 per hour.

That shouldn't be much of an issue for Monaghan, however. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Monaghan has a net worth of $5 million.

There are a lot of interesting details regarding Dogpound's membership plans.

Dogpound offers different tiers of membership packages that include some perks and benefits, such as waived cancellations and invitations to VIP events. They also have their own merchandise and food/drink products, that members get unlimited access to.

The lowest tier costs $1,500 per month and includes four personal training sessions and four group classes. The highest tier costs $10,000 per month and includes unlimited personal training sessions and eight group classes. Once again, this is all per Dogpound's own website.

Will Cameron Monaghan Ever Star As Cal Kestis In A Live-Action Star Wars Movie?

All of this hard work has certainly paid off for Monaghan. The Star Wars Jedi series has taken off, being more successful in critics' eyes than some of the recent Disney Star Wars movies. Of course, the question has already been asked - is Monaghan ever going to play Cal Kestis in a live-action Star Wars film?

This won't be an easy feat for many reasons. For starters, Star Wars fans can be finicky. Hayden Christensen wants to hide Star Wars films from his daughter for a reason.

Regardless, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has a rich and compelling story that explores new planets, characters, and conflicts in the Star Wars galaxy. It also features stunning graphics, cinematic combat, and immersive gameplay that could translate well to the big screen. However, there are even more challenges and obstacles that may prevent the game series from becoming movies.

One of the main challenges is the cost and complexity of adapting a video game into a movie. Video games have different narrative structures, pacing, and interactivity than movies. They also have more freedom and flexibility to create expansive worlds and scenarios that may not be feasible or realistic for movie production. Sure, Disney could overcome these obstacles if they tried really hard - but given the mixed reviews over their recent film offerings, are they really ready to take this big of a gamble?

Another thing is that Disney is preoccupied with the success of the MCU. According to Polygon, Disney's main focus is on making Marvel movies, leaving Star Wars to remain in the TV space. Maybe Cal Kestis could get his own show, but fans have a long list of Star Wars characters they want to see get their own show.

While it is possible that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor may get live-action movies someday, it is not very likely in the near future. The game is already a successful and enjoyable product on its own, and it may not need or benefit from a movie adaptation.

However, fans can still hope and dream that one day they will see Cal Kestis and his allies on the big screen, even if it's just as a cameo. If that day ever comes, Monaghan and his sculpted body would certainly be prepared. As long as he doesn't let Star Wars affect his career like it did to Alden Ehrenreich, Monaghan should be good.
