The popular family drama 7th Heaven premiered in 1996 and it quickly became a major hit. The show — which followed the life of the Camden family — became a staple in every household and it ran for an impressive 11 seasons, after which it wrapped up in 2007. Kicking the list off is Pretty Little Liars actress Ashley Benson. Before her big breakthrough with the teen drama, Ashley Benson actually appeared on the family drama 7th Heaven. On the show Ashley portrayed Margot and she could be seen in episodes 17 and 19 of season nine titled "Hungry" and "Tangled Web We Weaved." At the time, Ashley was only 16 years old.
9 Kaley Cuoco
Next on the list is The Big Bang Theory star, Kaley Cuoco. The actress appeared in a 2001 episode of 7th Heaven titled "Relationships." In it, Kaley portrayed Lynn, and just like Ashley — she was also only 16 years old. The actress went on to pursue a quite impressive career as a television actress and today she's one of the highest-paid women on TV.
8 Dave Franco
Let's move on to Hollywood star Dave Franco. In a 2006 episode of the family drama titled "Highway to Cell" the actor portrayed Benjamin Bainsworth. At the time the actor was 21 — and ever since he has certainly become a major Hollywood star.

7 Leighton Meester
Leighton Meester who rose to fame as Blair Waldorf on the teen drama Gossip Girl is next. In two episodes of 7th Heaven titled "Little White Lies: Part 1" and "Little White Lies: Part 2" which aired in 2004 Leighton Meester portrayed Kendall. At the time, Leighton was 18 years old and since then she certainly became a major television star through Gossip Girl!
6 Usher
A musician who found his way onto today's list is none other than R&B singer Usher. The star could be seen in episode 10 of season seven which aired in 2002. In the episode — which is titled "A Cry for Help" — Usher portrayed Will. At the time the singer was 24 years old and he was certainly already a very well-known name in the entertainment industry!
5 Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen
Next on the list are legendary twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. The two rose to fame in the early 90s for their portrayal of Michelle Tanner on the popular sitcom Full House — and throughout the decade they were major teen icons. In 2000 the two could be seen on an episode of 7th Heaven titled "Gossip" in which Mary Kate portrayed Carol Murphy while Ashley portrayed Sue Murphy. At the time the two ladies were 14 years old.
4 Ashley Tisdale
Let's move on to former Disney Channel star Ashley Tisdale. Ashley rose to fame as Sharpay Evans on the popular Disney franchise High School Musical, however, the star has dabbled into acting prior to that.
In 1997 Ashley Tisdale appeared in an episode of 7th Heaven titled "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do." In it, the young actress portrayed Janice and at the time she was only 12 years old.
3 Aaron Carter
Musician and actor Aaron Carter is next on our list. Aaron rose to fame as the younger brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter — and in 2004 he actually appeared in two episodes of the popular family drama. In episodes three and four of season nine of 7th Heaven titled "Song of Lucy" and "Bad Boys, Bad Boys, Whatcha Gonna Do" Aaron Carter portrayed Harry. At the time Aaron was 17 years old.
2 Lance Bass
Next on the list is musician and actor Lance Bass who rose to fame as a band member of the popular boy band *NSYNC. In 2000 Lance appeared on an episode of 7th Heaven titled "Who Do You Trust?" in which he portrayed Rick Palmer. At the time Lance was 21 years old.
1 Shiri Appleby
And finally, wrapping the list up is actress Shiri Appleby Best known for starring in drama shows like Rosewell and Unreal. In 1997 however, Shiri had an appearance in episode seven of season two of the popular family drama. The episode of 7th Heaven was titled "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" and in it Shiri portrayed Karen. At the time the actress was 19 years old.
