Christina on the Coast star Christina Hall (formerly known as Christina Haack) appears to be trying her best to move on from her relationship with her estranged husband, Josh Hall. In July, Josh filed for divorce from the reality TV star, citing "irreconcilable differences." What followed was multiple allegations, and the split did not appear amicable.

However, a new development in the case will put more space between them. Page Six reports that the pair have agreed on how to use their shared properties: Christina will temporarily possess the homes in Newport Beach, California, and Nashville, and Josh will be granted access to the property in Franklin, Tennessee (although there is a stipulation that he cannot rent it out).
The Latest Development In Christina And Josh Hall's Divorce
It has been reported that Christina will pay Josh a $100,000 advance, with Page Six noting he can use it "for expenses such as bills and attorney fees."
The issue involving rental income that Josh allegedly transferred to his account after their separation will reportedly be returned. The sum was $35,000. In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Christina alleged that Josh contacted her property manager about changing the account details for one of her rental properties so that the money was transferred into his account. At the time, the publication reported: "Christina says Josh has his own income and shouldn't need spousal support from her ... and she is asking for the $35K to be returned to her -- because the money is needed to run her rental properties."
At the same time, the outlet alleged that Christina had concerns about "what else she doesn't know about his financial situation," with claims that she intended to get "a full forensic accounting performed for the entire term of their marriage." While the claims may appear to paint Josh negatively, a source close to him shared a different point of view with TMZ. They claimed he wanted the property manager's payment because "he handled all the bills for their rental properties, which they co-owned, and he needed to pay bills."

The split is not amicable, and Christina has previously made her displeasure public, taking her Instagram Story to share her opinion. "I have worked my ass off to build this life for myself and my children, and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed," she wrote. "An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you."
She continued, "For those that aren't aware … divorces do not happen overnight … & there is always a breaking point. This one is personal."

Christina Hall went on a "much-needed" girls' trip to unwind.
Josh broke his silence with a lengthy statement on Instagram in August. "I prefer privacy, especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for," he wrote, alongside a selfie of himself and his dog. "I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever."
He continued, "We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are."
