Fans have been eagerly awaiting the return of Bravo's Southern Charm, and the good news is that filming for Season 11 has reportedly wrapped. OGs like Shep Rose and Craig Conover are back, joined by fan-favorites Austen Kroll, Madison LeCroy, Venita Aspen, Rodrigo Reyes, and newcomers Salley Carson and Molly O'Connell.
In a recent interview, Craig teased fans that Season 11 may be the show's best yet. For the Sewing Down South owner, he went through a rocky split last year with Summer House star Paige DeSorbo, so it'll be interesting to see a newly single Craig on our TV screens. However, it seems he's more focused on his business than love at this point, having opened up a wedding venue with Austen in the Charleston area.
Craig Conover Teases Southern Charm Season 11 Is A "Monster"
Southern Charm will likely return next year, but it's already been reported that Season 11 has officially wrapped filming. For Craig Conover, a cast member since Season 1, fans are especially curious to see how the season unfolds now that he's newly single following his split from Paige DeSorbo. As viewers may remember, Season 11 ended with cameras picking back up to capture their breakup, though things have become even more tumultuous off-screen.
While it's still too early to say what Craig's post-breakup storyline will bring, he recently teased in an Interview magazine chat that it's going to be a "monster" of a season. But what exactly does that mean?
"Season 11’s a monster season. Everyone’s going to be really excited."
It seems that fans will get to see a whole new side of Craig in Season 11: "I haven’t felt like this in a couple years."
In his interview, Craig that the season may focus a lot more on what he truly loves, like gardening, which isn't as easy as it looks. But, as we saw last season, staying at home almost hurt his relationship with Austen Kroll. When the interviewer asked, "Like, you want to stay home and garden instead of going out. Has that changed your relationships with your castmates even more than what we saw?" Craig replied:
"I think for me, it highlights other people in my life’s relationship with themselves. I was very surprised by people’s reactions to it in my cast, and that’s the tough part. I found something that was healthy, that I really enjoyed. And a lot of my college friends understand it, and they get really interested in it. But life is fluid, and I think that’s hard for me to get used to."
As fans will get to see Craig picking strawberries and keeping his bees happy, he shared that the other castmates will also have new and exciting things going on in their lives as well. For example, Madison LeCroy and her husband, Brett Randle, celebrate the birth of their daughter, Teddi Randle. Additionally, fans can expect to see new faces, too.
“You get to see a lot of new chapters in people’s lives and some fresh faces," he told the magazine.
Craig Conover And Austen Kroll Are Officially In The Wedding Business
Season 10 marked a low point in Craig and Austen’s friendship, as the two clashed over their differing views on what it truly means to be a friend and prioritize each other. However, the two had a breakthrough during a cast trip to the Bahamas, even shedding a few tears as they realized they didn’t want their friendship to fall apart.
In his interview, Craig shocked readers when he shared that he and Austen were teaming up to open up a wedding venue in the Charleston, South Carolina area.
"Austin and I are opening a wedding venue in Charleston, even though we can’t stop fighting with each other all the time. It’s slightly more affordable than a lot of the places down here. It’s an all-in-one location, so you can do your ceremony, your reception, and your afterparty there. Maybe I’ll get my officiant’s license."
In fact, the men both posted an Instagram video teasing the location of their wedding venue, which they have named The Waverly.
"We are so excited to finally introduce two of the faces behind Charleston's newest downtown wedding an event venue. And yeah, they just happen to be me and Austen," Craig is heard in the video which sees both men walking around the beautiful space.
Austen shares that he and Craig "have been quietly working behind the scenes" of the venue, which has been open since May, adding that it may or may not be seen on camera. (Maybe that's the on-screen fights will see between them as Craig mentioned earlier). "After a successful partnership with By The Way, it only made sense to join forces yet again," Craig adds.
As fans know, Craig and Austen are also the owners of the Charleston restaurant, By The Way, which opened in late 2024. Speaking to Page Six about the opening, Austen said, "Craig and I are ecstatic to partner with Uptown Hospitality Group to share our idea of the ideal all-day, all-night neighborhood hang; a spot where friends old and new come together on the regular for good food, killer drinks and great fun."

In addition to his renewed friendship with Austen, which appears to be in a much better place than it was in Season 10, Craig also shared with Interview magazine that his relationship with Shep is strong heading into the new season.
"Shep and I are in a great place, so it’s fun to do it together,” he said. “You really just have to let people completely in and be OK with having zero control over their opinions."
Speaking of Shep, he teased fans that the upcoming season will be one that will keep fans tuned in. Speaking to Entertainment Now, the veteran reality star said, "It’s always one of those things, just like, do we have any more meat on the bone, so to speak? And it turns out we do. It’s like, it’s never-ending bone.” He added, "It's a really, really good season. I think it's going to be fantastic ... And then, you know, the usual shenanigans of the usual players still remain.”
The cast will look a lot different for Season 11 as Leva Bonaparte, Taylor Ann Green, and JT Thomas will not be returning. Still, it's promising to look like a very eventful new season.
