During the conference, Dakota is spotted looking at Depp's hand. She then makes a remark towards Johnny, who seems to instantly defuse the situation by making a joke. We can then see Depp taking a small sip of beer, perhaps cooling off from what had just happened.
As most fans know by now, the injury was caused by a vodka bottle used by Amber Heard. The situation ended up being a lot worse that anticipated, as the cut was extremely deep and due to the bacteria involved, things could've been a lot worse for Depp. Photos of the finger really show just how bad it was.
