Total Couple Goals

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are two of our fav people and when it comes to being actual couple goals, these two are the living definition of just that. After having gotten married back in 2013, the couple has had quite the journey together. Whether they are pranking one another, surprising each other with sloths on their birthdays, taking lavish vacations or coming across as the most relatable couple in Hollywood during their interview, these two can really do no wrong.

The couple shares two daughters together, Delta and Lincoln, and appear to have their own parenting style, particularly when it comes to fighting in front of their kids. While most parents try to shelter their young ones from any type of arguing or conflict in the household, Dax and Kristen are not fans of hiding behind closed doors!

Resolution Out In The Open

While we love ourselves some Dax and Kristen as a couple, we love them even more as parents! The two believe in keeping things as transparent as possible when it comes to their kids and that includes fighting in front of them. While the two don't actively fight in the technical way of the term in front of their two daughters, they don't keep things hidden from them, especially when it comes to conflict resolution.

"We try to model as often as possible", Dax said to Us Weekly. The two try to teach their daughters that arguing is normal and reaching a resolution is a healthy way of growing from a specific situation. Additionally, both Dax and Kristen want their daughters to know that there is "no shame in making mistakes", as long as you own up to it, discuss it, grow from it and move on. While they aren't parent experts, ripping a page from their parenting book doesn't sound like the worst thing.
