Although she left Below Deck when season 10 was still filming, Camille Lamb's romance with Ben Willoughby was a highlight of the season for several viewers. And since Camille got into some fights, she was definitely a cast member who couldn't be forgotten. Below Deck fans might not know that Camille has been working on her music career for a while now.

After she competed on American Idol, Camille Lamb was hired on Below Deck. But she also put a few songs out into the world. And while her huge personality proved that she is perfect for reality TV, she also seems to care a lot about singing. Does Camille Lamb earn a high income from her music? Or is she still trying to get her career off the ground?

What Money Does Below Deck's Camille Lamb Earn From Music?

While Camille Lamb made money on Below Deck because she worked on a stew, her time was cut short so she didn't walk away with a massive paycheck. And so far, she doesn't seem to be making a lot of money from her music... at least not yet.

She has released several songs, including "Cool Like Me" and "Bad Girl." She has two music videos that she has uploaded to her YouTube channel, which only has 180 subscribers. This could be because people know her mainly for Below Deck and haven't heard that she also sings.

Camille isn't making tons of money from touring or streaming, and her songs aren't rising through the Billboard charts. However, it seems that she has found a way to earn money that is related to her music.

In March 2023, Camille Lamb posted on Instagram about starting an OnlyFans account. She said that this was to allow people to become part of her journey of making music.

When someone inquired about her planned OnlyFans content, Camille said, “I’ll be posting [behind the scenes] music stuff," according to Yahoo!

Camille Lamb could make a lot of money from talking about her music on OnlyFans and sharing what it's like to record in the studio, write songs, or promote herself.

OnlyFans can be a huge source of income for many people who use it. According to Business Insider, eight OnlyFan users explained how much they earned over 12 months. It seems like income levels vary depending on how many people subscribe to each page.

Business Insider reported that Morgan Edwards, who has 500,000 people subscribed, earned more than $2 million over 24 months. Steph Mi earned more than $73,000 monthly with 50,000 people subscribed, And over 12 months, Bryce Adams earned $6.4 million.

Business Insider explained that people make money on OnlyFans from "shoutouts," which means mentioning someone else who uses the platform and helping them become more well-known. Fans can give their favorites money called "tips." The biggest way that OnlyFans users seem to earn money is by having posts that people can only see if they pay for them. And when fans subscribe, they are paying for that, too.

It's possible that Camille Lamb will make a high income from OnlyFans as long as she gets a lot of subscribers. And if she gets a record deal in the future and goes on tour, she will be able to make money from a traditional music career.

Before Below Deck, Camille was on season 21 of American Idol. She performed the Bad Company song "Feel Like Makin' Love" and Lesley Gore's "You Don't Own Me," which she sang alongside another cast member, Althea Grace.

Camille talked about American Idol in an interview with Gulf Coast Woman and explained that the first time she tried out, she wasn't picked. She attended The University of South Alabama and began singing. And when she auditioned again for American Idol, she got her chance to appear on the show.

Even though her time on American Idol was brief, it seems like Camille Lamb liked being on TV. It makes sense that she would be cast on Below Deck afterward. Camille told Gulf Coast Woman, “At the end of the day, it is a competition, but also a TV show. here were always cameras around, and we were constantly putting our thoughts, feelings and experiences into words. Surprisingly enough, I loved it.”

Is Below Deck's Camille Lamb Making Money From Reality TV Again?

When Camille Deck starred in season 10 of Below Deck, she didn't make a salary from the show itself but from her job as a stew. And it seems possible that she could earn a salary if she becomes part of another reality TV cast.

According to Dexterto.com, there is a rumor that Camille could be on Love Island USA. She once said, “I want to build a brand, I guess, and I want to be open to whatever opportunity comes. Like Love Island, I really wanna do Love Island, so yeah.”

In May 2023, Camille posted a photo of herself smiling while holding a cell phone on Instagram. Dextero mentioned that because she wrote "I got a text' in the caption, fans thought that meant that she will be on Love Island. This is something that many Love Island cast members have said over the years.

Bustle reported that in 2019, when a few episodes had been available, fans began pointing out on social media that cast members didn't say "I've got a text." That seemed strange since it had been such a big part of the show.

If Camille was cast on Love Island, this could be another way for her to make money. According to an article in The Sun from 2019, cast members on Love Island UK were paid £1,000 each month and £250 each week when the show started out. And when people win, they get £50,000.

Since Camille Lamb has mentioned wanting to go on Love Island, it seems possible that she wants to balance reality TV and music.
