Elon Musk moved to Texas to pay fewer taxes. He makes his girlfriends go blonde, according to SpaceX workers and his own exes. His pollution-pumping space tourism is so bad for the environment, a literal prince just called him out for it.

How can he be the LESS PROBLEMATIC Musk brother??

Enter Kimbal.

He's Elon's younger (and reportedly more villainous) bro. Thanks to internet businesses he shared with Elon in the late '90s, this 49 year old dude has been a billionaire for almost 20 years. Kimbal Musk managed to stay out of the spotlight for most of that time, but not anymore!

Now people on TikTok and Twitter are dragging him for some truly shady business practices and an overall vibe of, well...'evil mastermind.'

Here's every reason even Elon Musk's loudest supporters aren't into Kimbal.

Allegedly Ripping Off His Workers

Kimbal made headlines mid-pandemic when his restaurant business closed and re-opened. The Colorado based chain came under fire for having all employees pay into an emergency employee relief fund, not letting any of them access that fund when the COVID emergency hit, and then firing them all while keeping their relief money.

As Huffington Post reported, the fund ended up being about $25,000. After the restaurants closed the workers were no longer considered "current employees," so they were all denied access to it and made to search for jobs elsewhere.

This issue gained traction on TikTok after a former restaurant employee of Kimbal's detailed her experience with the "villain." This video from @EvieEddie3 got more than three million views on the app before being shared on Twitter thousands more times:

Epstein Helped Kimbal Love Life

The comment sections on that TikTok video (and Tweet responses to it) all drag Kimbal for his shady treatment of Evie and her coworkers. People didn't hold back about the rumors that have followed Kimbal's personal life, too.

"Kimbal was also buddies with Epstein, all around great guy!" reads one sarcastic Tweet linking to a Business Insider report that disgraced multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein used to be in "regular contact" with Kimbal Musk.

He may have even procured dates for Kimbal in an effort to gain closer access to Elon and his companies. Finding women for rich and powerful men is basically what Jeffrey went down for...so that ain't good!

Business Insider claims that between 2011 and 2012, Kimbal dated a woman who Epstein set him up with. She was an Eastern European model who had previously dated Epstein himself and was part of his "entourage." That so-called entourage (along with Jeffrey Epstein himself) ended up being granted a private tour of SpaceX in 2012, and many people think Kimbal was responsible.

Kimbal's Controversial Tesla Job

So what does this guy do besides owning restaurant chains? He's launching a bizarrely anti-union community gardening project, raising some kids, and sitting on the directorial board for Tesla. Many fans of Tesla argue that Kimbal landed that last role due to his family connections- and a lot of Tesla's actual shareholders want him gone.

They're attempting to vote him off the board at the time of this publication. According to an advisory firm the shareholders hired, Kimbal was found to receive "excessive compensation" for his position as a non-executive board member. Non-executive means this guy is not actually involved in the management or organization of Tesla's affairs.

The advisory firm also found a lot of racism and diversity issues in Tesla's factories and management spaces. Unfortunately, as Grimes' own mom pointed out, the company doesn't always get it right.

Emerald Mine Money

Racism allegations seem to follow Elon Musk around. You know what else has followed Elon around? Kimbal.

The 49 year old was raised right alongside Elon. Both were born in South Africa and spent much of their childhoods there. Then Elon moved to Canada to study at Queen's University, and when Kimbal was old enough he did the exact same thing. But let's get back to that South Africa part...

Errol Musk, dad to both of these guys, was part-owner of a massive emerald mine in Zambia at the time of the South African apartheid. He himself has claimed that profiting from the emerald mine workers (who were living in quite poor conditions, thanks to apartheid) is what laid the foundation for Elon and Kimbal's multi-billion dollar lives.

How do you shake the allegations that your wealth was built on the back of oppressed African people? You don't, apparently.

Criticism for the circumstances of Elon and Kimbal's upbringing still roll in any time one of them makes headlines.

Here are just a few of the MANY comments on content about Kimbal getting rich by shortchanging his workers mid-pandemic:

"Akshually, I got rich by my dad swindling an emerald mine from black people in South Africa...-Kimbal Musk," wrote someone who is not Kimbal Musk.

"Speaking of emerald mine offspring, @kimbal 'second fiddle' Musk is even more of a sociopathic canker than his brother," wrote another.

"Wait until you learn how their family allegedly got rich," another comment reads. "All from an emerald mine in South Africa."

Honestly, we're surprised more people didn't mention the hat thing.
