Euphoria may be filled with tons of high school drama but the actors playing these characters are far from high schoolers. The plot follows a 17-year-old girl named Rue, who is a drug addict that has just gotten out of rehab.

8 Zendaya Began Acting At 14
Zendaya began acting at the age of 14 years old and kicked off her impressive career on Disney Channel. Zendaya appeared as Rocky Blue on her first television show, Disney Channel's Shake It Up. In 2015, Zendaya graduated from Oak Park Independent School in Oak Park, California. Zendaya didn't have a typical high school experience since she was on set more than she was in the school hallways. She reveals, “I didn’t really go to regular high school so my stories are like, ‘I was on set you know, making a living.’ I did have a lot of test anxiety. I definitely had that.”
7 Jacob Elordi Is 24 Years Old
Fans wish high school was full of men that looked like Jacob Elordi, but unfortunately, that is not a reality. The 24-year-old was born in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and attended secondary school at St. Kevin's College, Melbourne, and later Nudgee College in Brisbane. Sydney Sweeney recalls high school being full of mean kids and cringe experiences. Sweeney began her career in acting at the age of 12 but promised her parents she'd finish high school. Over the years, Sweeney has cultivated an impressive resume appearing in Everything Sucks! on Netflix and The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu. She also appeared in the HBO miniseries Sharp Objects. In Quentin Tarantino's 2019 comedy-drama Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, she portrayed Snake, a member of the Manson Family.
5 Angus Cloud Plays Fezco
Angus Cloud is your everyday typical man who was just walking down a Manhattan street. The Oakland native was stopped by a casting director from Euphoria and basically plucked from the street and thrown into the world of acting. Cloud has zero experience on camera and ended up landing the role of Fezco at 25 years old. Angus Cloud attended Oakland School for the Arts in the School of Production Design like his co-star Zendaya! Since Angus Cloud is so new to the industry there is no footage of him from high school... yet!
4 Hunter Schafer Plays Jules
Hunter is an "American fashion model, actress, and LGBTQ rights activist. In 2019, she made her acting debut, starring as Jules in the HBO series Euphoria. In 2017, Schafer graduated from the High School Visual Arts program at the North Carolina School of the Arts.

Alexa Demie plays the badass character of Maddy who is Nate's on-and-off girlfriend. Demie is 31 years old according to her IMDb page, but her age has been a controversial and unknown topic for a while. Demie attended a public school in Los Angeles, California called John Marshall High School.
