Us Weekly reported at the time that Tristan Thompson was spotted getting cozy with two women during NBA's All-Star weekend in early 2018. The two ladies were identified as Jasmine Rose and Maya Nova James, and according to a source, the "two girls were hanging out with Tristan and his crew, some other basketball players and Canadian friends, at Avenue in L.A. during All-Star Weekend. The girls were at his table and Tristan was paying more attention to one of them, but he wasn't all over her. These girls are models and were in a fashion show for Angel Brinks that weekend and are shooting a show with her."
6 Tristan Thompson Kissed Women At A Hookah Lounge
When? October 2017 - Shortly Before Khloé Kardashian Gave Birth
The scandals did not end there. Shortly after, a video surfaced of Tristan Thompson kissing another woman. In October 2017, Thompson kissed a woman at a DC hookah lounge — and at the time, his girlfriend Khloé Kardashian was pregnant with their first child. The kiss can be seen on surveillance video, and later on the woman was identified as Marie. According to Daily Mail, Marie ended things with Thompson once she found out Khloé Kardashian was pregnant.
According to Page Six, Khloé Kardashian was very mad when she found out about the cheating. The source said that she was "devastated when she saw the pictures of Tristan with that girl, she went absolutely ballistic at him. She is not only hurt, she is humiliated and worried for their child. How could he do this, and so publicly, when their baby daughter could arrive within a week?"
5 Tristan Thompson Was Also Linked To Instagram Model Lani Blair

A day before Khloé Kardashian gave birth to their daughter — news broke of Tristan Thompson making out with a woman at a rooftop bar called PH-D in Manhattan. Later on, the woman was identified as model Lani Blair. After having drinks, the two were spotted going into a hotel room together.
Needless to say, the birth of their first child was not a completely happy occasion as it was meant to be. Kardashian was devastated by all the cheating scandals, which certainly put a dark cloud over the end of her pregnancy.
4 Tristan Thompson Kissed Family Friend Jordyn Woods

The most dramatic cheating instance happened in February 2019 when news broke that Tristan Thompson hooked up with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods. Later on, Chase shared screenshots of the messages on her Instagram Story, claiming that Thompson told her she was "just his type."
2 Maralee Nichols Gave Birth To Tristan Thompson's Son

The most recent known instance of Tristan Thompson cheating, which was confirmed, happened on March 13, 2021, on the basketball player's birthday. Even though Thompson initially denied the allegations, a paternity test confirmed that Maralee Nichols gave birth to his son on December 1st, 2021. On social media, Thompson wrote:
"Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son."

Of course, after so many alleged and confirmed instances of cheating, it's not surprising that Tristan Thompson had confirmed fathering a child. The athlete took responsibility for his action, and he wrote on Instagram: "I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately … Khloé, you don’t deserve this. 1 Khloé Kardashian Had Second Child With Tristan Thompson
When? July 2022
As if Khloé Kardashian had not already been through enough heartache thanks to Tristan Thompson, the scandal with Maralee Nichols also coincided with the conception of Kardashian and Thompson's second child. They had decided to have a second child through surrogacy, and the beginning of the surrogate process was completed just days before news broke of Nichols' child.

How Many Times Did Tristan Thompson Cheat On Khloé Kardashian?
While numerous women have been linked to Tristan Thompson, not all of those alleged cheating instances have been confirmed. However, Thompson cheated on Khloé Kardashian at least 3 times — the first being the hookah lounge kissing incident, the second was the Jordyn Woods incident, and lastly, the third was Maralee Nichols giving birth to his son.
