Model, actress and best-selling author Emily Ratajkowski has officially filed from divorce from her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, amid claims that the filmmaker was unfaithful to her during their 4-year marriage. Court records show that the 31-year-old model took the first steps to legally end her marriage on September 8, 2022, filing for divorce in a Manhattan Supreme Court.

The divorce is contested, which means that the two parties have yet to agree on the exact circumstance of the divorce and the division of assets going forward.

Rumors of trouble in her marriage began circulating in July 2022, when Page Six reported that actor and producer Bear-McClard had been repetitively cheating on his wife. Not long after the reports started, Emily was seen out and about without her wedding ring.
