Riley Lemon has been keeping fans in stitches, but he's not alone, there.
In fact, as fans are well aware, Riley's pages are a family affair.
We caught up with the TikToker to hear more about what it's like, sharing the stage with his loved ones - plus, he reveals which family member got recognized before he was!
Riley Always Wanted To Create Content With His Family
Content creation has long been a dream for Riley Lemon - though he's the first to admit that he didn't realize it, at the time.
"I've been creating content, unknowingly, since I was 10. I would record little skits with my brothers," he reminisces, with a laugh.
Given those beginnings, it only makes sense that, as he pivoted into more formal content creation, he was all for including his family.
In fact, he shares that, as recently as last year, he named his account accordingly.
"My account name now is, RileyDoingThingsToo, but back then in March 2020 and up until March of 2022, it was called LemonBrothers. I always wanted to include all my family in my content."
And that, he has.
"I've always created content with my family, because I love being around them. Plus - our shenanigans usually lead to really funny content."
Having said that, he chuckles that of all his family members, his mom has included most often ... and she wouldn't have it any other way.
Riley's Mom Was Recognized Before He Was
Of filming alongside his mom, Riley smiles that she's been involved for almost a decade, now.
However, 2020 marked the year she'd become a more constant presence in his content.
"The end of 2020 was when I realized people loved our dynamic. We have a really unique relationship - more so best friends than mother and son - so I decided to lean into that. Now, I record content with her whenever I can."
It's certainly paid off - especially for his mom's star power!
In fact, he laughs that of the two of them, it was his mom who was recognized in public, first.
"It's funny, because my dream ever since I started creating content was to get recognized by a stranger for my videos ... but, ironically, my mom was the first!"
Luckily for Riley, being recognized has become a regular occurrence - but even then, he laughs, "They'll often ask about her."
He gets it, though.
"She's an amazing person and an even better mother, and I love that I can share that with everyone."
And, it should be noted, that they have fun doing it.
"We're like Batman and Robin, except we both want to be the main character. So, I guess we're a dynamic main character duo. Batman and Batman."
"Hectic," he laughs, "but a blast."
Most Of His Family Didn't Get It, The First Time He Went Viral
It's safe to say, then, that when it comes to social media and content creation metrics, Riley's mom is pretty clued up.
However, he chuckles that the same can't be said for the rest of the unit.
"My mom and I are the creative, loud ones, and my dad and my brothers are pretty reserved - and off social media."
In light of that, it only makes sense that when he first went viral, the rest of his family didn't quite get the magnitude of the situation.
"When I showed them the video with over 20 million views and 1 million likes, they were excited for me, but didn't really understand what it meant for my content creation career. Two years later, I had reached 1 million followers and they could see the impact of that video on the trajectory of my journey."
So, his dad and brothers are more reserved, but does having a world-famous TikToker in their midst mean they'd consider shooting more content with him?
"All of them have been good sports," he laughs, "But I'm really the only one with a burning passion for recording my life and putting it online."
Well, luckily his co-Batman is always happy to make an appearance!
