The speculation about Justin and Hailey Bieber’s relationship continues, even though the model is reportedly weeks away from giving birth.

After Hailey shared a series of photos with no hint of Justin, fans couldn’t help but question where Justin was. They noted that she’s been sharing much of her journey online, though her husband has only made a few glimpses.

Why Fans Question Justin’s Absence

On Wednesday, Hailey delighted her Instagram followers by sharing a collection of photos capturing moments from the first half of her summer. The series featured a variety of scenes, including her fruit and vegetable-themed nail art, a playful pup behind the wheel, a picturesque picnic, and several selfies.

In the opening image, the makeup mogul sat outdoors on pavement, donning an oversized Fila shirt and barely visible grey shorts. Her rosy cheeks were a standout feature in the photo. By the fifth slide, Hailey was comfortably seated, showcasing her baby bump in a snug white crop top paired with denim overalls. She completed the look with gold earrings, a dazzling diamond ring, and a knitted red hat.

The final image in the series was another selfie, with Hailey sporting a blue and white tube top and a portion of her hair stylishly flipped to one side as she pouted for the camera. "Summer so far," she simply captioned the post.

However, the comment section quickly filled with fans questioning the noticeable absence of her husband, Justin Bieber, from the photos. One commenter remarked, "Not 1 photo [with] her 'husband' bc he's always absent," while another asked, "Where's Justin?" A third person echoed the sentiment, saying, "Ikr he’s always absent."

Despite the speculations, Justin Bieber did make a subtle appearance in the post. On the eighth slide, Hailey included a video of a duck with its ducklings, where Justin’s voice could be heard in the background playfully saying, "That's you baby!" followed by Hailey’s laughter.

Justin’s Mental Health Is Allegedly Suffering

Justin and Hailey’s marriage was allegedly struggling before she revealed her pregnancy earlier this year. But fans have continued to question his mental health, despite the happy announcement.

"Justin has been facing some difficulties lately. He has been having a hard time and hasn't been feeling like his usual self," a source told Entertainment Tonight.

The insider said Hailey is trying to remain positive and supportive, despite also having her pregnancy to navigate. “Hailey has been doing her best to be there for Justin, but it is upsetting for her to see him struggle," they shared. "They are doing their best to make things work and be supportive of each other. They are committed to doing whatever it takes to make things better."

Of course, Justin’s absence in Hailey’s photos doesn’t necessarily mean something is amiss between the pair. He could simply be trying to lay low online as so to give himself space, especially if reports about this mental health prove to be true. Justin and Hailey have been married since 2018 and this will be their first child together.
