The past three nights were great fun for swifties. Taylor Swift took the stage at Wembley Stadium for three nights in a row, blowing the audience away every time. The third night, however, took the cake. The audience that night was star-studded. From Sir Paul McCartney to Liam Hemsworth, several of the biggest stars in the entertainment world were there to witness the incredible show, and it looks like Travis Kelce got along great with them and fans loved that for him.
Fans took special notice of a moment the Kansas City star shared with Andrew Scott. Both of them acted very friendly and were having a great time together, and swifties took the opportunity to shade Joe Alwyn because of it.
Swifties Subtly Diss Joe Alwyn After Era's Tour Concert
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce once again showed they're a solid couple last night at Wembley Stadium. In a public display of love never seen before between Taylor and her flames, the singer shared the spotlight at one of her biggest shows with Travis. She had him come on stage during her iconic “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” performance and carry her on stage. No one saw it coming, and fans went crazy.
Amid the many adorable videos of the Kansas Chiefs tight end from that night, there was one that stood out.
Travis Kelce and Andrew Scott, who attended with Fleabag co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, were spotted having a blast together, dancing to reputation hit “Look What You Made Me Do”.
In reference to Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal’s friendship with Joe Alwyn, who share a group chat called “The Tortured Men Club”, swifties had fun coming up with names for a group chat Andrew Scott and Travis would share.
“They in a gc together called the Happy Jolly Men Club btw,” a fan wrote as they posted the video.
“andrew leave that tortured men club,” someone replied, “straight to the happy jolly men club lmao.”
Swifties Originally Thought “The Tortured Poets Department” Referenced The Group Chat
When Taylor Swift announced at this year's Grammy Awards ceremony that she had a new album coming out called The Tortured Poets Department, swifties immediately remembered the name of the group chat. Joe Alwyn revealed it in an interview with Variety, which he did with Paul Mescal in late 2022, just a few months before he and Taylor Swift announced their breakup, so it was fresh in fans' minds.
“So what’s the name of the WhatsApp group that we’re in?” Paul Mescal asked him. “It’s the Tortured Man Club, I think. It’s me, you — and Andrew Scott,” Joe Alwyn replied.
Apparently, Andrew Scott started the group, while the other two actors didn't pay much attention to it.
“He’s just on it every day. He’s just on it by himself,” Paul laughed, and Joe joined in, “Just messaging himself good mornings.” We were both in the Sally Rooney universe and crossed over with Lenny Abrahamson. We were so lucky to have that experience."
Joe Alwyn ended up getting referenced a lot in the album, but as it was evident from the latest Wembley show, Taylor is over their breakup now.
