At 49 years old, Giada de Laurentiis proves she can still stun in a swimsuit.

Fox News reported that the celebrity chef was snapped splashing around in the ocean in Miami Beach, Florida, on Wednesday. She sizzled in a red swimsuit, cat-eye sunglasses, and a cowboy hat.

In order to look that good, Laurentis relies on healthy eating and a strict regimen of 20 vitamins per day.

What it takes to Look that Good

First up - a whole load of vitamins.

“My acupuncturist makes my little supplement bags for me,” she told The Cut. “The only regular things that I take are vitamin D, a probiotic, a prebiotic, and biotin. Everything else will sort of switch out.”

And Laurentis admits it’s a lot.

“It’s like a baggie of — I hate to say this — 20 pills a day. Which is a lot.  I take ten in the morning and ten in the evening.”

It may be a lot, but it seems to be working for her.

Yoga

Giada de Laurentiis isn’t a fan of the gym, but she does do yoga religiously.

“I stretch and, if possible, I listen to three minutes of a fireplace on the Calm app,” she explains. “I have a yoga mat in my bedroom and with blocks placed so that I can put one under my shoulders and one under my head to open up my shoulders. Because of what I do for a living, I’m hunched over a lot, cooking or writing.”

And of course, munching on all those healthy dishes she whips up also goes a long way!
