Fans have seen a bit of everything on Hot Ones. Sean Evans has interviewed guests that completely fell apart under the pressure of trying to contain the wings of death. DJ Khaled certainly falls under that category among the worst. However, Evans also had so many underrated guests such as Dave Grohl.

Speaking of great guests, in the following, we're going to look back at Guy Fieri's time on the show. Fieri thrived during his Hot Ones experience, not touching his beverages. However, fans praised the star for a different reason. We'll reveal what that was and so much more.

Getting past the wings of death is certainly no easy task, but Guy Fieri managed to thrive, and he didn't look particularly bothered throughout the interview. Not only that, but the guest didn't touch his water or milk throughout the experience. Fans on Reddit took note of this, praising the Fieri.

"Hearing Guy Fieri swear was so funny to hear considering how PG all of his shows are. Seemed like a real genuine dude. Great episode. Also, such a gangster move doing that with no water or milk," a fan acknowledges on Reddit.

It should be noted that Guy has experience with spicy foods. Although he thrived on the show, and it made it look easy, the same did not hold true for other guests. Chrissy Teigen was overly aggressive with the sauces, admitting she checked into the hospital after her time on the show.

"I had just done Hot Ones and I had to go to the doctor after – the hospital, as people call it," Teigen explained. "It was bad, the seventh one really got me."

"I had to go to the hospital, and then my tongue was stripped, they said," Teigen told The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. "I don't even know what that means. It was, like, bloody and stripped and I had acid reflux for a long time."

Thankfully, Fieri had a different experience, but fans were praising his interview for a different reason.

Guy Fieri Received The Most Praise For His Words As A Proud Dad During His Time On Hot Ones

Fieri received major praise in the comments section on YouTube for not touching his water, however, his final thoughts might've been that much more impactful. The final portion of the interview is usually meant for the guest to promote whatever they have going on, however, Fieri took the time to provide a valuable message instead.

As a proud dad, Fieri encouraged parents out there to take the time and teach their kids the basic skills required to cook in the kitchen. According to Guy, it is a necessary skill children should learn, and not have to constantly lean on fast food restaurants instead like the prior generations. The great moment can be seen in the video below posted by First We Feast at the 21:30 mark.

Fans had nothing but praise for the moment.

"I'm sorry but I almost cried when he used his self-promotion time to tell you to teach your kids to cook. That is IT!!!!!!! If you can, do it! You are doing them the biggest service!"

Another fan writes, "He earned my respect when he was doing this show as promotion for his cook book, but took the end of the show to just express his love for food and hopefulness that new generations of kids take to making food delicious. Right on, Guy."

A great moment but in truth, Guy Fieri always dreamed of being a dad before anything else.

At the moment, Guy Fieri has a net worth of $70 million and has clearly made a name for himself thanks to collaborations with the Food Network. However, despite the fame and fortune, Fieri revealed with People that he hasn't changed his ways or the way he approaches life. For Guy, the biggest priority has remained the same, and that is to be a great dad, while doing his best to give back.

Fieri revealed alongside People, "Most of my friends will [say] I haven't changed. I think it's because when I got into television, I'd already done what I wanted to do. I wanted to be a great dad. Family is always the first priority."

In addition to spending time with his family, Fieri has improved his health habits, once again for the sake of his kids.

"I'm in better shape now than I was when I was 30. I don't want to die young. I want to be around for my kids. I want to be around for Hunter and Ryder's kids."

Fieri has done a great job as a role model father for many.
