Eminem is a 15-time Grammy award-winning artist. The Real Slim Shady has a CV longer than most people can dream. Between record-setting albums, world tours, and being one of the most famous rappers in the world, Eminem's children must've had a crazy upbringing.

However, Eminem's biological daughter, Hailie Jade, has set the record straight on what her childhood was really like. The 27-seven-year-old started the "Just a Little Shady" podcast with childhood friend Brittany Ednie.

The podcast will center around Jade and her life. She says she will be speaking about and revealing things she's never talked about in the past. Jade wants to use this platform as a way for fans to get to know her better. Furthermore, the duo will discuss current events and pop culture and give their "hot takes."

The name, "Just a Little Shady," is a double entrada of Jade's connection to Eminem—The Real Slim Shady—and their "shady" opinions. The duo dished all about what it was like to have Eminem as a dad and as your best friend's parent.

Hailie Jade Speaking About Her ChildHood

While speaking on her podcast, the two girls recalled what their childhood was like.

"We were in a normal public school," Jade said. "We never thought anything was different. We had so many normal experiences that when something like that happened, I thought everybody else does that too."

When recalling her childhood and things she was able to do that most don't; Jade said, "It's so fun to look back—thinking back as an adult, I'm like, 'Wow, that's so, so surreal,' and those memories of me thinking those were normal things, now I look back like, 'Holy crap, that was cool.'"

Jade said that as a teenager, she was never one to get into trouble, saying she was a straight-laced kid and took things "way too seriously."

She further reiterates she was never the one to drink or go party, saying, "being associated with anyone there that was drinking, and that I was going to get in trouble. I never got in trouble growing up," Jade said. "I also never did anything to. I thought that if I did anything wrong, I was a terrible human."

Hailie Jade's Childhood Best Friend Got To Experience Some Crazy Moments

While Jade grew up differently than most, her childhood best friend Brittany Ednie got to experience some of those "surreal" moments, as Jade describes it.

Recalling what it was like being friends with Eminem's daughter, Ednie said, "I remember going on [Eminem's tour bus], and all our memories of being young were so cool and unique to look back at now." She continues, "But at the time felt so normal and not anything strange or different. We didn't know any better."

Ednie tells the story of when she first learned what a tour bus was. She says the two girls were in elementary school and at Jade's house. When Jade said, "want to come on the tour bus?" Endie recalls not knowing what that was, further proof of how normal all this was for Jade.

Furthermore, the two got to experience many perks while kids. While working in Florida, Eminem gave the girls a VIP trip to Disney World, which consisted of princess dresses being provided and a limo to transport them to the theme park.
