3 Daniel Radcliffe Says He Has Fond Memories

While the cast all have wonderful memories through making these films, a few extraordinary ones are a staple to Radcliffe's career. Those memories have a lot to do with learning from people he shared this incredible journey with.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Radcliffe says that wonderfully fond memories are made with the actors on set.

"I have really, really fond memories of all my scenes with Gary Oldman (Sirius Black) and David Thewlis (Remus Lupin). They were some of the first scenes on the third and the fifth film where I started to feel like I was a young man who was just starting to figure out what acting was, and they were pretty cool people to be around."

2 Alan Rickman Said This Snape Fact Helped Him Portray Snape

Talking to Hitfix, Alan Rickman said that the piece of information J.K. Rowling gave him helped him get into the character of Snape and to appreciate the experience more.  What was the secret piece of information? Well, Rowling told Rickman about the meaning behind the word that means so much to Harry Potter fans, always.

"It helped me think that he was more complicated and that the story was not going to be as straight down the line as everybody thought. If you remember, when I did the first film, she'd only written three or four books, so nobody knew where it was really going except her. And it was important for her that I know something, but she only gave me a tiny piece of information which helped me think it was a more ambiguous route."

1 Bonnie Wright Says Ginny Is Doing This, Now

In a recent interview with E!, Bonnie Wright spoke about what she's sure Ginny is doing these days -- and she admits that she loves being able to do that. Wright says she likes wondering what would be next for the characters and what their lives would bring them in the future.

"We know she became a professional Quidditch player. So, she's probably super sporty. She's probably jet-setting around the world, and the kids would be at Hogwarts and having more freedom. I have so much fun making these stories up! I often wonder what their house would look like, where would they be living, and what happens next."

Emma Watson Had A Crush On Tom Felton

Talking to Jonathan Ross, Emma Watson spoke about her crush during the first two movies on a certain blonde boy with a skateboard: Tom Felton. “Between the ages of 10 and 12, I had a really terrible crush on Tom Felton to the extent that I would go into work in the morning and look down the numbers on the call sheet to see if he was going to be in. We love a bad guy, he was a few years older, and he had a skateboard — and that just did it, really.” Watson said that Felton knew about her crush on him at the time and told everyone he saw her in more of a sisterly way; she said the sentiment crushed her heart.

Tom Felton Loved The Dynamic Between Draco and Harry Potter (But...)

[EMBED_INSTA]https://www.instagram.com/p/CPQ9tCqHibs/[/EMBED_INSTA] In an interview with Sarah Adamson, Felton said that he liked the dynamic between Potter and Malfoy but that in another film, he'd love to switch things up as far as the actors and the characters they were portraying. “Daniel and I have commented to each other that we probably won’t get another chance to work in another movie together, but if we do, he’d be the bad guy, and I’d be the good one.”

Emma Watson Got Very Familiar With The Script

[EMBED_INSTA]https://www.instagram.com/p/CMAUnUugDr-/[/EMBED_INSTA] Speaking to W Magazine, Watson said that she memorized many lines for the first film; in fact, many of those lines weren't even hers to learn! If you've never heard this interview, it's a fun way to spend your afternoon by watching the first film again and trying to see if you can catch Hermione mouthing Harry and Ron's lines! “I got the role as Hermione in Harry Potter. I was nine, and I loved learning my lines. I was completely obsessive, and I would do it over and over and over again. Funnily enough, in the first Harry Potter film, if you watch carefully in some scenes, you can see me mouthing Harry and Ron’s lines as well as my own because that’s just what I was like. I was crazy.” Related: 'Harry Potter' Fans Are Loving Tom Felton's Birthday Tribute For Emma Watson

Richard Harris Took The Role Of Dumbledore For This Reason (And Calls The Experience Magical)

[EMBED_INSTA]https://www.instagram.com/p/CNk1xZSnB5F/[/EMBED_INSTA] Speaking to The Guardian, Harris explained that the role of Dumbledore was offered to him several times -- and he kept turning it down.

"Anyone involved has to agree to be in the sequels, all of them, and that's not how I wanted to spend the last years of my life, so I said no over and over again."

So what convinced him to take the role? His granddaughter, as she said -- quite frankly that she just wouldn't be speaking to him ever again if he turned down the chance to be in the Harry Potter movie.

"She said, 'Papa, I hear you're not going to be in the Harry Potter movie,' and she said, 'If you don't play Dumbledore, then I will never speak to you again."'

In another interview, he called the experience magical and said that the entire thing just worked somehow. No one knew it would work, but it did, and that's part of why it's so beautiful.

Rupert Grint Calls It A Dream (But It Wasn't All Perfect)

[EMBED_INSTA]https://www.instagram.com/p/CL4tDVfnVk4/[/EMBED_INSTA] Rupert Grint spoke out, with The Guardian, about something many actors and actresses, specifically child actors and actresses, feel when it comes to being part of something larger than life. He said it was absolutely a dream for the first few films, but then it became a bit heavy. It was a legacy that they were building, and that comes with a lot of responsibility. At times, it felt like it was too much, and it did put him outside of his comfort zone. "For the first few Harry Potter films, I was living the dream. The reason I auditioned was because I loved the books. When I got to film three or four, I started to feel an overwhelming weight of responsibility because they were so phenomenally popular. The whole press and red carpet thing was an attack on the senses. I don’t excel in that kind of environment." Next: 'Harry Potter' Star To Join Christian Bale In New Thriller Film
