In 2020, Joe Rogan rejected a $100 million deal to move his podcast from Spotify, proving just how profitable The Joe Rogan Experience is. It was also at the height of his controversial pandemic statements that reignited his feud with "King of All Media," Howard Stern.

It's probably due to how Joe humbly spends his estimated $200 million net worth. Despite many years of working weird jobs you never thought he had, the former reality TV host enjoys a simpler lifestyle. For a man of his means, we'd say his spending is pretty modest.

Updated January 2025: This is the latest information on how Joe Rogan spends his money.

Joe Rogan Owns A $14.4 Million Mansion In Texas

In 2020, Joe and his family moved to a $14.4 million home in Austin, Texas. At that time, he'd been discussing his need for "personal freedom" on his podcast, as well as California's increasing taxes.

Built in 2015, the 10,890-square-foot modern mansion sits in a 7.2-acre lakeside lot in the exclusive neighborhood of Spanish Oaks. It has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a pool, a wine cellar, a four-car garage, and other custom features for the former Fear Factor host.

Joe has also expressed concerns about his relocation, saying: "The concern is that people [from California] are going to move [to Texas] and vote ... to impose the same sorts of laws here."

He previously bought two properties in Bell Canyon, California. One of which he purchased for $2.3 million in 2003. He later sold it in 2021 for $3.45 million$250,000 more than his asking price—before moving to Texas.

Training in a commercial gym is no easy task for someone like Joe. That said, he decided to walk in the footsteps of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, building his private gym in a 14,000-square-foot warehouse, the same location where he regularly shoots his podcast.

Joe has spent a lot on high-end gym equipment. The guy even has a neck training device! Most of his equipment comes from his co-founded Onnit brand, which was sold to Unilever in 2021 for $250-$400 million, as well as Rogue Fitness.

Joe is a firm believer in kettlebell workouts. In a YouTube clip endorsing his top Onnit products, he said: "What I like best about kettlebells is, especially in jiu jitsu, I see a direct relationship between the work that I put in lifting kettlebells and my performance on the mat."

4 Recovery Treatments

Joe is willing to pay top dollar when it comes to recovery treatments, like Cryotherapy. A guest on his show, Dr. Rhonda Patrick got him hooked. Impact Cryotherapy revealed that Joe got into the treatment because of his fellow UFC buddies.

"Alan Jouban — his knee was hurt — he did it twice a day, every day before his last UFC fight and it totally fixed all the inflammation in his knee," Joe recalled.

As a cryo-advocate, he swore "there are real benefits" to it—from the fact that it simply "feels really good when you get out" to "your brain [producing] really strong chemicals when you're in there... and it also produces norepinephrine, which is like a cousin of adrenaline."

3 Luxury Car Collection

Joe Rogan Has A Collection Of Pricey Customized Cars

Joe has an impressive collection of customized high-speed cars. "I have a lot of cars. I collect cars," he told The Rock on JRE. "I have too many cars."

He surely does, and that includes a Tesla despite an episode of his podcast causing the company to lose $4.3 billion. Here's a list of Joe's precious vehicles that will make car enthusiasts jealous:

  • 2021 Ford Raptor Hennessey Velociraptor 600
  • Tesla Model S P100D
  • 1971 Ford Bronco ICON 4×4
  • 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80 TLC 4×4
  • 2008 SharkWerks Porsche 997 911 GT3 RS
  • 1993 Porsche 964 911 RS America
  • 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
  • 1969 Chevrolet Nova
  • 2005 BMW E46 M3
  • 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Sick Fish
  • 2014 Ford Mustang GT

2 Home Saunas

Joe Rogan Has Custom Saunas At Home

Joe is not hitting the sauna once a month; he's in there four times a week for 15 to 20 minutes, usually at 190°F. He has both traditional and infrared saunas at home, which we imagine cost a ton to install. Joe famously began posting low-key creepy selfies of him in the sauna back in 2020 (as seen above).

Joe credited Salus Saunas for his home saunas. Their traditional units range from $5,395 to $19,745 while their infrared ones range from $2,695 to $9,295. But it seems to be all worth it for the host, who admitted he has a love-hate relationship with his "Hot Time."

1 Expensive Firearms

Joe Rogan Has Spent Thousands Of Dollars On Firearms

Joe has expressed pro-gun views on his podcast, so it's no surprise that he's reportedly spent thousands on firearms. He once said it's not wise "to take all the guns away from people and give all the power to the government" during a discussion about school shootings.

We won't get into exact detail as to which ones he owns, but we can say that Joe has more than a few firearms, with some just lying around during his podcast. He also has a slew for his hunting days. We assume those aren't lower-end firearms either.
