Thanks to her Emmy-nominated performances on both HBO's Euphoria and White Lotus, total strangers know everything about her, from her financial issues to her mysterious secret fiance. They also know what Sydney does to stay in shape. While it's absolutely impossible to know what a star's precise exercise routine or diet is, Sydney has been notably open about how she's able to keep her abs tight, thighs toned, and attitude downright effervescent. Although everyone's lifestyle and body are built differently, it's only natural to be in awe of Sydney's physique. Even though she has genetics on her side, anyone who knows anything about her is aware of the sheer amount of work she puts into looking and feeling great. But, her lifestyle is always changing. Here's what we know for sure about her workout routines...

What Is Sydney Sweeney's Diet?

Abs are made in the kitchen. It's an old adage, but it's true. However, Sydney hasn't ever been the type to preach a specific diet to her fans. In fact, what she has said about what she consumes is quite contradictory. While she never drinks anything that's filled with calories (like alcohol or soft drinks) she does eat them with pride.

"I have never even tried coffee," Sydney said to Bustle. "I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing. I eat sugar, so it balances out. Instead of coffee, I'll have some Swedish Fish or anything gummy if I'm tired. I’ve had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water."

How Does Sydney Sweeney Stay In Shape?

In a recent vlog, Youtuber Momo Cocoa, showed her fans how she tried Sydney Sweeney's diet and exercise plan for 24 hours. The plan was based on information that Sydney herself has revealed. So, unlike numerous articles online, the vlog showed off actual routines and types of workouts Sydney does to stay in shape.

While Sydney certainly does some pretty intense things to stay in shape she also does a lot of walking. This is mostly due to her adopted dog, Tank, who she takes out every morning and afternoon for a stroll. In an interview with Bustle, she said, "I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day. We’ll do a 2-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can."

This was extremely helpful when trying to stay in shape during the 2020 lockdown. She also did a lot of running in her area as well. However, Sydney also built an outdoor gym on her roof which allowed her to work out with some equipment. But, like a lot of people, she's a fan of a HIIT workout online.

"I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one. Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable," Sydney added.

As for what these workouts entail, Sydney constantly works on her core, keeping her abs absolutely shredded. But she does a lot of body weight workouts targeting her legs, butt, shoulders, and chest. And she also seems to like working out with some light to medium weights, according to various workouts she has posted online.

I’m very athletic and I had a friend who started training. I was fascinated by it and I started going to his workouts and just watching him and tagged along."
