Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams recently tied the knot. They were married in an outdoor ceremony at Sunstone Winery near Santa Barbara, California.

Sarah Hyland rose to fame playing Haley Dunphey on the ABC sitcom Modern Family. She began acting when she was just four years old. She did commercials, movies and TV before landing the role of Haley in 2009. Sarah's Modern Family character started out as the pretty and popular sister who struggled academically. As the series moves on, Haley becomes more responsible and finds a career, marries her high school boyfriend and becomes a mom to twins.

During the 11-year run of the series, Sarah struggled with a disease called kidney dysplasia and had two kidney transplants. The first, donated by her father, eventually failed so the second was donated by her brother. She has worked to bring awareness to the disease.

Sarah met Wells Adams in 2017. He was just a contestant on The Bachelorette, but his career really took off after that.
