Throughout the years, Stern has been persistent in asking celebs about their experiences with the likes of Taylor Swift and Tom Cruise.

Luckily enough for Howard, Jimmy Kimmel has quite the story for him. Jimmy detailed his experience alongside Tom Cruise. The Jimmy Kimmel Live host was shocked that Tom had accepted his invitation to watch football together. Tom stayed the entire night and also brought a special guest to the festivities. Jimmy Kimmel Revealed Tom Cruise Brought His Mom Over To Watch Football At His House

Talk about the pressure of entertaining? We can only imagine what it is like to have a guest like Tom Cruise over. Two years ago, Jimmy Kimmel told Howard Stern all about the details as to what took place after Tom showed up at his home. Jimmy admits that he was stunned Tom agreed to the invitation in the first place.

He tells Howard, "Tom Cruise is a big Giants fan … and I said, ‘Hey we have football on Sunday if you ever want to come over,’ not thinking he would ever come over. I mean, if you could see this group [of guests] – Jon Hamm is not indicative … These are not glamorous people by any stretch of the imagination.”

Not only did Tom show up, but he also brought a special guest, his late mother. Jimmy credits Tom for being patient while listening to his dad's real estate stories. Jimmy was also surprised by the fact that Tom ended up staying the entire night, despite the fact that things were getting awkward at certain points because of his other guests.

“Adam (Carolla) gets hammered because he knows he can walk home … and somebody encourages him to do his touchdown celebration dance,” Kimmel tells Howard Stern and his listeners. “He pretends to score a touchdown, he then squats down, pretends to s*** the football out of his ass, [and] mimes thumbing through the newspaper.” “Just imagine this, and imagine Tom Cruise’s mother watching it,” he continued. “It was crazy.”

Tom Cruise's mom, Mary Lee Pfeiffer, passed away at the age of 80 in February of 2017.

Tom was a good sport about it, but he never returned to Jimmy's place again...

Great to see what a close relationship Tom had with his late mom. The actor revealed that they loved taking on activities together, and that also included skydiving, believe it or not. “We went skydiving together. I went in and kissed her in the thing as we were going down and I had a whole video tape, a VHS, and when it was done I had FedEx-ed it to all my sisters and arranged it so it arrived pretty much the same time. I said they can’t open it until a specific time of day and then they open it and put it on and saw what we were doing.”

As expected, Tom's sisters were shocked. The actor revealed his mom wasn't a daredevil in the same way he was, but she had a great sense of adventure.

Kyra continued, "There was this, like, fireplace mantle, and I was looking around and there was this little button underneath the mantel. I was like, “Oh what is that little button?” So I pressed the little button because I thought maybe something interesting will happen. Nothing happened and then I got a little nervous."

The result, five cops showing up at Tom Cruise's home and asking the couple questions as to what had taken place. It caused a massive delay in what was a screening party with several guests at Tom's home. Kyra admits she was banned from Tom's home after the incident took place and did not return. At least she'll always have the brief memory of being invited alongside the cool kids...
