The following year, in his song Emotionless, the Canadian superstar went into detail about the situation, mentioning that when he'd first seen his two-year-old son Adonis, the baby's blonde hair and blue eyes gave him doubts about whether he was the dad to the baby that Sophie Brussaux claimed was his.

While Drake has formed a close bond with his curly-haired offspring, it wasn't until March 30, 2020, that he finally gave the world a glimpse of Adonis via social media. Some fans have also tried to debunk the theory of Adonis' middle name. In Drake's 2018 song 'God's Plan', some of the lyrics read: "I only love my bed and my momma, I'm sorry." It did not take long for fans to theorize that Drake is actually saying "I only love Mahbed", implying that his son's full name is Adonis Mahbed Graham.

"To be honest with you, I did a DNA test for my son and it came back to us and it said the DNA test got ruined in transit and they couldn’t be 100 percent sure that that was my son or not," Drake told Rap Radar. "So, I was in a really weird pending situation where I didn’t want to go tell the world that that was my son and it wasn’t."

But when the results came back, Drake stepped up to become the best co-parent he could despite not living near his son.
