Bravo's hit series Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles will lose two of its well-known cast members. Realtors James Harris and David Parnes announced they would be leaving the show after seven seasons. Both men created an Instagram post discussing their decision, to which they couldn't help but discuss their career beginnings both in realty, and on the show.

Several fans and celebrities have begun to comment on their decision, including Gregg Sulkin, who said, "Well done!!! Onwards and upwards." They have broken numerous real estate records, and have sold homes to people like Rob Lowe, Oscar De La Renta, and their boss, Mauricio Umansky. Umansky is also the husband of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.

The duo or planning to continue doing real estate, and be principal realtors for The Agency. Even though they will be departing the show, it is possible that they could make guest appearances in future seasons.

The Two Of Them Represent One Of The Top Real Estate Companies In Los Angeles

Harris and Parnes are agents with The Agency, a full-service luxury real estate brokerage and lifestyle company representing clients worldwide. The company focuses on various real estate classes, including residential, new development, resort real estate, residential leasing, and luxury vacation rentals. Since its creation in 2011, it's become L.A.'s most outstanding real estate brokerage, with thirteen agents ranked among the top 250 realtors in the United States.

Outside of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, The Agency has been featured on several episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills due to the relationship between Umansky and Richards. That show has primarily focussed those episodes on events promoting the company or achievements they may have accomplished.

It is unclear how much Harris and Parnes will continue selling homes as representation for The Agency. As of this publication, the two of them are still principals and continue to promote homes sold by The Agency on their social media.

No One Was Surprised When Harris And Parnes Created Their Own Group

Both of them created Bond Street Partners, an organization that came out of The Agency. They are sticking to California real estate, and primarily focussing on prime location and high-end residential real estate transactions and investments. They also provide services for people who wish to purchase developments, remodel or refurbish, and find homes that can be created from the ground up.

Bond Street Partners have been included in Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Like The Agency, all of their homes affiliated with Bond Street Partners are selling for over one million dollars. Currently, the most expensive home they're selling is only offering its price to potential buyers. However, the second most expensive home is worth over 27 million dollars.

Although Harris and Parnes admitted them leaving was a difficult decision, they couldn't help but express how grateful they were to everyone who had supported them over the years. "There will be many more chapters and we are working to make sure we continue to share them all with you. We started this journey together and we will end it together."
