With RHOSLC being one of the newest reiterations of Real Housewives, there’s a housewife that is infamously known around the Bravosphere: Jen Shah.
Jen Shah is one of the OG housewives as part of RHOSLC, and it’s safe to say that she’s had some extremely memorable moments on the show so far. Though the ladies of Salt Lake are only in their third season, Jen’s guilty plea and upcoming sentencing has left many questioning her fate with the show. 8 Jen Shah’s Birthday Party For Meredith Gone Wrong
When the first episode of RHOSLC premiered, it was clear that the women of Salt Lake were not waiting around for the drama to ensue. Jen decided to throw an over-the-top birthday for Meredith Marks… that ended up not really having much to do with Meredith at all. When Mary M. Cosby showed up to the party, Jen had some beef to squash with her.
Their problems stemmed from Mary saying that something allegedly smelled like “hospital,” after Jen had been at the hospital the same day. Jen had a full-blown meltdown in the middle of the party, with her other cast mates rushing to console her. Mary and her even “made up” by the end of the event, but this was not the last we’d see regarding the drama between these two women in Season 1
7 What Jen Shah Said About Mary's Grandfather
Season 1 Jen Shah gave us moments that we’ll never be able to forget: And this is definitely one of them. When attending Whitney Rose’s roaring '20s party, Jen got into a heated discussion with Meredith about Mary (again). Meredith eventually served us her iconic “I’m disengaging” tagline when she had enough of the yelling and screaming, to which Jen did not end up taking very well. A frantic Lisa Barlow headed over to Jen, trying to calm her down, to which Jen shouted out, “You’re gonna go with Mary, who f***ed her grandfather?” in the middle of the party. Wow.
6 The Las Vegas Shopping Extravaganza With Heather Gay
After going through some turmoil with Heather Gay throughout the beginning of Season 1, Jen decided to treat her bestie with an exclusive shopping experience. The entire extravaganza looked to be really fun, with both women showing off a fun-loving side of their friendship, and a really lively side Jen. Decked out in the iconic Versace palm suit, Jen was even seen dancing on a table before Heather saved her from falling off and onto her face.
5 Coach Shah’s Birthday Party Meltdown
The brewing Mary vs. Jen drama came to an ugly head on the night of Coach Shah’s birthday party during Season 1, when Whitney decided to bring comments Mary had said mid-night. Heather, with Whitney by her side, then told Jen that Mary had said that Meredith and Lisa were afraid of her. It turned out to not be the best moment to tell Jen such news, and of course, things got pretty tumultuous pretty fast. Already irritated with Mary for her “hospital” comment during the beginning of Season 1, Jen got extremely agitated, and ended up throwing her glass on the floor.
4 When She Splashed Production With Water
Yes, these moments just keep getting crazier, we know. After being upset with Whitney for bringing up Mary at Coach Shah’s birthday party during Season 1, Heather decided to try and help her two friends make up. The three housewives set out to a hot spring, where they sat in bath tubs and discussed their issues… which turned out to definitely be the wrong activity for the women to do together.
After getting even more frustrated with their conversation, Jen thought that Whitney was rolling her eyes mid-conversation, and Boom: All hell broke loose. Jen then splashed water from the bathtub towards the production… Yikes! The producers then asked her why she would splash the camera, to which she responded back, yelling, “that’s what happens when you f***ing film me in the f***ing bathtub.” Another unforgettable moment from Ms. Shah.
3 The Las Vegas Dinner Mega-Meltdown
While the RHOSLC ladies were on their Season 1 group trip to Las Vegas, before all of the housewives could even get to the dinner table, the night was off on the wrong foot. Still upset with Whitney, Jen started talking with Lisa and Meredith about what shady behavior she thought was going on. Jen got pretty heated and began yelling again, to which Meredith decided she was once again going to be “disengaging.”
When Whitney and Heather did show up to the dinner, the drama got even worse. Jen immediately stormed out of the room, and even swatted away at Heather while doing so. She then came back into the room and went immediately for Whitney, screaming and pointing her finger in both her and Heather’s faces.
2 When Jen Shah Left Beauty Lab Right Before The Feds Showed Up
Phew – we all remember when Jen was arrested during Season 2 of RHOSLC. In the moments leading up to Jen’s arrest, the women were gearing up to travel to Vail for another girls trip. Suddenly, Jen received a phone call that her husband was suffering from internal bleeding. Jen then headed out ASAP, and suddenly, the next scene cut to NYPD federal agents showing up, surrounding the van and asking for the housewife. This moment is one that no fan of Real Housewives will ever be able to forget, it’s truly historical in the Bravosphere. The entire episode after, we were left with the rest of the RHOSLC cast contemplating what happened and learning the news of Jen’s alleged fraud.
1 Lisa Barlow Vs. Jen Shah In The Bus OTW To Zion
Tension was high between Lisa and Jen when they were on a bus on the way to their trip in Zion. The topic of their argument stemmed from the one and only Meredith, who wasn’t even in attendance for the conflict. However, both women continued fighting, and Jen jumped up and got into Lisa's face pretty quick. In a screaming match between both women, Jen ended up having to be held back by production. The moment was incredibly chaotic, and it was even more heightened because they were all stuck in that little van on the way to their girls trip in Zion.
