Let's face it, 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon' is such a success due to the fact that the host loves to have a good time.
Heck, even back on his 'SNL' days, he was constantly breaking character. Though on the opposite end of the spectrum, he got into hot water for a specific skit, imitating Chris Rock. In truth, it isn't always smooth sailing for the host.
His show is always unpredictable, heck he had Madonna crawl on his desk, which caused quite the reaction. In addition, he is known to interrupt guests from time to time. Some just let it slide, however, one guest, in particular, did not, and she let the host have it, calling him out on his flaw.

For the most part, guests just let it be. Take Chris Hemsworth as an example, he was in the middle of a story, only to be interrupted by the host. Though Hemsworth handled it with complete class, barely acknowledging it.
Others were a bit different, like Taylor Swift for example, who was visibly irritated. She told Fallon, "See where I'm going with this at least, nobody ever listens to me. Let me finish a thought." Fallon of course would completely downplay the situation, saying "oh my God," while laughing at his guest. Although cooler heads prevailed there, a certain guest didn't let things slide.
Dakota Johnson Finally Hit Back When Jimmy Fallon Interrupted Her
One thing you'll always get with Dakota Johnson during an interview is complete honesty. She is known for putting hosts in their place, take Ellen as an example. Dakota completely put the host on blast, claiming she thought Ellen didn't like her... in addition, she would also call Ellen out for wanting an invite to her birthday, only not to show up... yikes.
We can say that things were a bit tamer alongside Jimmy Fallon in comparison to the awkward interview. During this moment, Johnson was trying to speak, only for Fallon to once again chime in before the story was complete. Johnson had enough, saying "Aren't you supposed to let people talk on this show."
Johnson was visibly frustrated as Fallon kept cutting her story, by the end of it, she had completely lost her train of thought, which would lead to the blatantly honest remark.
As it turns out, fans were completely on Dakota Johnson's side, claiming that Fallon has a history of interrupting guests.
