Joe Biden Said If Donald Trump Shared His Thoughts About Women To His Sister In High School, He Would Have Fought Him In Back Of A Gym
We go back four years. At this point, Joe Biden was a Presidential hopeful and, of course, he would later get elected and dethrone Donald Trump. However, prior to that, he was making the rounds and that included a pit stop on the Late Show. It was an entertaining interview between the two. What fans didn't expect was to hear Biden admit that he would fight Donald Trump. This all stemmed from the leaked audio that caught Trump saying he "could do anything to women," and that included grabbing them by the... you know what.
Biden reacted to this. He said to Colbert, "I said, he said what he said about women in front of my sister in high school, I would take him behind the gym." Given the controversy his statement caused, Biden clarified, "But I should never have said that, it was about high school."
Biden was referencing a past statement he had made about Trump's leaked audio. In it, he said, "I have not wanted to get into, if you notice in the national press, talking about Trump's behavior, his personal behavior, but what he said he did and does is a textbook definition of sexual assault," Biden said.
"And thinking, no no, think about this, but it's more than that. He said because I'm famous, because I'm a star, because I'm a billionaire, I can do things, other people can't. What a disgusting assertion for anyone to make."
Biden concluded, "The press always asked me 'Don't I wish I were debating him?' No I wish we were in high school [so] I could take him behind the gym. That's what I wish."

Howard Stern Was Repeatedly Booed During His Interview With Stephen Colbert For Praising Donald Trump
Four years ago, Stephen Colbert's crowd turned on Howard Stern after he brought up Donald Trump.
It seemed like following the comment, Biden was doing his best to downplay his words, and that was on display with Colbert. As expected, Donald Trump took a swipe of his own at Biden following the "back of the gym" comment.
Donald Trump Responded Back To Joe Biden's Potential Fight Request
It went viral on TikTok back in October of 2023. Trump had a response to Biden's fight challenge. Trump called it a dream.
"And then remember when Biden [said] 'I'd like to take him to the back of the barn'? I dream of that. You know what I do with him?" Trump then made several punching gestures. "I'd hit him right in that fake nose..." he added.

Stephen Colbert Recently "Shaded" President Joe Biden For Appearing On Seth Meyers' Show, And Not His
Just a couple of months ago, Stephen Colber was seething over former friend Seth Meyers' interview with President Joe Biden. Of course, Colbert would have loved for Biden to make a return to his show. It wasn't meant to be, and Colbert sent some sarcasm his way.
"Apparently, the Biden administration is optimistic about a cease-fire deal soon. The odd thing is how we found out about it,” Colbert said. “Last night, Biden appeared on ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’ — and I, for one, am so happy for my dear friend Seth that he had the president on his show — even though we have invited him here to the Ed Sullivan Theater.”
Colbert jokingly adds, “I do not, is he over there? I don’t see him,” Colbert said. “He’s not here, and he’s not with you — uh, keep looking. You know, maybe he’s lost! He is so very, very old.”
“See what you made me do, Joe? You see? Hurt people hurt people."
It remains to be seen if and when Biden returns to The Late Show. One thing that we know for sure is that Colbert won't be bringing Donald Trump as a guest at any point.
