  • Rogan's occasional mentions of Ditzel are positive, though fans suspect Rogan is very careful in how he speaks about his wife.
  • Even though Rogan criticizes marriage, he praises Ditzel, highlighting their compatibility and mutual respect in their relationship.

Joe Rogan is a celebrity that does not mind putting himself out there and try a variety of careers, from his acting roles to being a UFC commentator, and most notably for his successful podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. His podcast has even earned Rogan a net worth that rivals Howard Stern's. Rogan has a very public career, and he seems to like it that way.

What is not public is Rogan's private life. While Rogan has been married for years, so little is known about his wife, Jessica Ditzel. So little, in fact, that when Rogan speaks about her on his podcast, fans listen attentively to see if anything will be learned about their relationship.

However, as of late, Ditzel has not been mentioned on the podcast. Because Joe Rogan does not talk about his wife, fans are suspicious. It has left many wondering if the two are even happily married anymore and if they are, why Rogan speaks so infrequently about Ditzel.

Joe Rogan Does Not Talk About His Wife And Fans Are Suspicious

Fans feel that the lack of conversation about Jessica Ditzel on JRE or photos of the two on social media are red flags

Long time fans of The Joe Rogan Experience can likely count on two hands the number of times that Rogan has talked about Ditzel since the podcast started in 2009. While the comments made have not been critical of Ditzel, they have been very surface level and generic. Because of this, fans wonder if Rogan and Ditzel are truly happy or if there is something more going on behind the scenes.

"One time [Rogan] said how his wife doesn't like to [be intimate] with him anymore." one fan said. "That could be a joke or just part of marriage I don't know. I'm not married. Another time when talking to Gavin McInnes, I believe, Gavin said how divorce is the parents fault and I felt like Joe got defensive about it and about his marriage."

Another fan wrote, "Someone linked Joe's wife's Facebook on here before. Her Facebook contained zero pictures of her and Joe together. Just sayin'."

"I mean, how could they be happy together? He's always busy," a third fan explained. "I think they are happy in the sense that, she's leaves him alone, and he makes the family money."

Roseanne Barr dropped a Norm Macdonald quote years ago when explaining to Joe Rogan why she voted for Donald Trump.

Despite fans looking for reasons why Rogan and Ditzel are not photographed together often or why Rogan does not talk about his wife often on the podcast, the answer is much simpler than many want to believe.

Why Joe Rogan Does Not Talk About Jessica Ditzel

Joe Rogan rarely talks about Jessica Ditzel because she wants her anonymity

Fans commented that Ditzel's Facebook page did not show any photos of her and Rogan together. Instead of this being a sign of trouble in the marriage, if fans looked at Ditzel's private Instagram page, the one bit of information that she provides all users to see is "anonymity is underrated."

It is very likely that the reason Rogan does not talk about Ditzel is that she has asked him not to make their private life available for public consumption.

This does not mean that Rogan never talks about Ditzel. In fact, Rogan has brought up deep conversations the family has had, such as the family disussing topic of the death penalty. He has also given out marital advice and used his marriage to Ditzel as an example, and Rogan has even spoken about how he has no say in the decor of the house and is happy to let Ditzel spend the $120 million Rogan has earned to choose it all.

"In terms of how I decorate the house the house or anything, I have no say. ... If you have the right relationship, sometimes it will work that way because I don't give a f**k what my house looks like. I really don't... So when my wife's like, 'I'm gonna put this here,' okay, put it there. Fantastic."

Fans Praised Bill Burr For Not Being Afraid To Make Fun Of Joe Rogan To His Face In A Past Interview

Bill Burr is not one to pull punches when it comes to roasting, even when dealing with a heavyweight like Joe Rogan.

However, with all the mentions that Rogan has made about Ditzel, it is quick anecdotes versus personal information about his wife or their family. This helps to not only keep his private life out of the headlines but give Ditzel the anonymity she desires as well.

How Joe Rogan Feels About His Wife

Joe Rogan has only ever had the nicest things to say about Jessica Ditzel

Rogan was hugely against marriage for years. As such, when he got engaged to Ditzel in 2008 and married in 2009, it appeared that Ditzel may have convinced Rogan to see matrimony in a new light. It looked like he had turned over a new leaf and Rogan's views on marriage had changed. However, they had not. He was still not a proponent of the institution.

"Marriage is dumb, f*****g dumb," Rogan explained.

However, Rogan clarified why marriage worked for him. "[Jessica] lets me do whatever I do. That's how we get along well. She doesn't f**k with me. A prenup? Of course. I'm ridiculous and dumb, but I'm not stupid."

But, that is not to say that just because Rogan is not a fan of marriage that he is not a fan of Ditzel. In fact, Rogan has only had the nicest things to say about his wife in the few instances he has talked about her.

"She's the best. I get along great with her, man. I get along great with her because, first of all, she's easily as funny as me," Rogan said.

"Like, when we go out, which is very important... like if you're a comedian and the person you're with is not funny, that can be a bummer. But if we go out, like on a double date, she's usually the one who goes for it. She's the one who says hilarious s**t... She's got great timing. It's very funny."

Rogan concluded, saying, "She's also just like the nicest person I know."

Despite Rogan and Ditzel not being a couple who posts their private lives on social media or Rogan being one to share about his private life on his podcast, it appears the two are very happy together. Perhaps undersharing, rather than oversharing has a lot to do with that.
