Seven years ago, Kaley Cuoco was a guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. As expected, the chat between the two was very entertaining, and it also included the actress throwing her co-stars "under the bus." Colbert asks Cuoco if she was able to retain any of the scientific information. Cuoco says she didn't retain a single thing, but also takes a jab at the other cast members who actually play the roles of braniacs on the show.

Colbert asks, "Can you fake your way through a scientific conversation now?" Cuoco responds, "No. I would like to pretend that I could. The guys on the show say that they learned things, they haven't learned anything. It is all BS. We have actual real people with brains that write all of that stuff. We, not so much. We say what's on the page and do the best that we can."

Cuoco concludes, laughing, "I'm going to hear about this tomorrow."

Fans had a blast with Cuoco's interview comments. However, diehard fans of The Big Bang Theory noted that Kaley's assessment wasn't completely accurate as Mayim Bialik actually has a background in neuroscience.

Mayim Bialik Actually Had A Degree In Neuroscience, But Claims Her Co-Stars Weren't Impressed

Not only does Mayim Bialik have a degree, but she also had a second role on The Big Bang Theory, serving as a consultant for some of the scientific words on the show.

Despite her background, Bialik mentioned that she didn't flaunt it on-set.

She tells NPR, "No, and other actors don't - other actors don't appreciate when you, like, point things out that are wrong or flaunt your Ph.D. It doesn't go over well."

Prior to TBBT, Bialik's life was very different.

"I'm sure all of you up north can understand that I was running out of health insurance because that's not considered a human right in this country," she said.

"So I literally figure – I mean, I had a toddler and a newborn and I had been a grad student and my insurance was expiring. I figured if I can just get even a couple of jobs like here or there, I'll be able to get insurance again. I did not expect to be a regular on a television show. I had been teaching neuroscience." Bialik continued, "I've tutored Hebrew. I've tutored piano. I wear a lot of hats, you know."

Bialik wasn't given a long-term commitment from the show, and was only scheduled on a per-episode basis at the start. Ultimately, it worked out better than she could have expected.

Kaley was in quite the mood during her conversation with Stephen Colbert. She also got a mixed reaction after telling Colbert who she didn't want to work with on TBBT. Kaley pointed at babies. According to Cuoco, she struggled to work with them.

She says, "I hope not, I don't like working with kids. I like kids, I don't want to work with them. Babies are really tough to work with. They're the biggest divas, people carry them in, and they only work like six minutes."

"They make any sounds they like. They talk, they cry. I just feel like the babies can do whatever the hell they want, and I don't think that's fair."
