Kelsey Anderson's Reaction To Joey Graziadei Kissing More Women On Night One Of The Bachelor

Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson are just one out of a handful of The Bachelor franchise couples who continue to prove that love can be found on a reality TV show. Joey proposed to Kelsey in his Season 28 finale in March 2024, although the final episode was filmed four months prior.

Now that the couple have been together for over a year—and Joey walked away with the Season 33 Dancing With the Stars mirrorball trophy—they seem to be moving forward with wedding plans. But, before they do, Kelsey has learned something new about her future husband. A new analysis of The Bachelor men shows that Joey sat atop the leader board for kissing the most contestants on night one of the series.

Interestingly, Kelsey was not among those women. How does she feel knowing that her soon-to-be-husband was once a sucker for a good smooch?

When Joey won Dancing With the Stars, he became the first person in Bachelor Nation to do so. And it's certainly something to be proud of. However, he won another title that Kelsey may not have really wanted to know. According to an Instagram post by Bachelor Data, Joey tied with The Bachelor Season 27's Zach Shallcross for kissing the most women on night one of their respective seasons.

Thankfully, Kelsey took the data all in stride. In fact, she posted it on her Instagram Stories, and wrote, "Wow so proud of @joeygraziadei for always over achieving." Kelsey even commented on the post, writing, "My little overachiever."

Interestingly, Kelsey is not one of the 7 women that Joey locked lips with one night. Of course, that doesn't matter now, as she won over his heart in the end.

The data only shows The Bachelor leads from Season 22-28, where Joey and Zach tied at kissing 7 women on night one. But, as Suzana Somers, who runs the Instagram account wrote, that number may be different as not every moment on the show makes it to our TV screens. Joey and Zach may or may not have kissed way more women.

"Reminder that these are just the ones that are SHOWN on the episode. Production has edited many women out on the past according to leads in post-season interviews," she wrote.

After Joey and Zach, Clayton Echard of Season 26 allegedly kissed 5 women on his first night with the ladies. Following Clayton came Season 24's Peter Weber with 4 women, Season 23's Colton Underwood with 3 women, and Season 25's Matt James and Season 22's Arie Luyendyk Jr. with 2.

Kelsey And Joey Are Focusing On Their Wedding Now That DWTS Is Over

It's become a rarity that Bachelor/Bachelorette couples remain together. As of this writing, there are only 10 couples from the beloved reality TV series that are still engaged or married to the contestant that chose at their finale. Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson are one of those couples.

After Joey took home the mirrorball trophy with his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, on Season 33 of Dancing With the Stars, Joey and Kelsey were finally able to focus on their lives together. They purchased an apartment in Los Angeles, California, in December 2024, despite Kelsey having dreams of moving to New York City.

Kelsey shared an Instagram video that showed the moment Joey won on DWTS. While it was a momentous time in their lives, the couple were brought back to reality by eating in their unfurnished apartment building.

"For the big days and the regular days, I’ll be there ❤️," she captioned the video.

The couple is now focusing on wedding planning. While they have not set a date for their big day, Kelsey teased fans when she partnered up with David's Bridal in early January to model for their 2025 collection. Kelsey tried on numerous wedding dresses and looked like a dream.

According to an interview with People, the couple plan to tie the knot in 2026 or 2027. "I'm really excited to start planning it. We are planning it in the next six months," Kelsey shared.

She detailed to the outlet that the two want to take things slow because of their whirlwind engagement.

"We're not getting married this year, possibly next year or the following, because we got engaged so fast, we got engaged in two months. So we want to really take our time still getting to know each other and be really serious about the wedding, and we don't want it to be a stressful thing. We want to be able to enjoy the process of picking out the things that matter most to us in our wedding."

It's exactly what The Golden Bachelorette lead Joan Vassos and her pick, Chock Chapple, also appear to be doing. After a very quick engagement, it only makes sense to get to know one another before the big day. The couple have yet to announce a wedding date.

Newest Bachelor Grant Ellis Now Tops The Kiss Count List Among The Bachelors

Unfortunately, Joey and Zach lost their kissing title to brand-new Bachelor Grant Ellis. The Season 29 lead shared a smooch with 8 of his contestants on night one. However, there could have been more, as not everything makes it to air.

The first contestant that locked lips with Grant was Allyshia Gupta, depsite telling her fellow compeititors that she doesn't "kiss on the first date." Unfortunately, the interior designer has since been eliminated in the second episode. The other women to steal a kiss from Grant also included Juliana, Litia, Alexe, Vicky (eliminated), Zoe, Natalie and Rose.

Alexe was the only woman to kiss Grant twice after winning the first impression rose.

While Grant may be charming several of his contestants, he is looking for his future wife. While joining Ryan Seacrest in New York City for the New Year's Eve ball drop, he shared, "I'm looking for someone who is kind. A beautiful woman doesn't hurt," adding, "Yeah, someone who is kind and who is ready for marriage, a long-lasting committed relationship."

"I want to be happy. I want a wife. I want to be in love. I want that, you know? I want to give everything to somebody, and I want them to give everything to me in return," Grant expressed after he was eliminated from Jenn Tran's season of The Bachelorette.

Here's hoping Grant finds the woman of his dreams, the one he'll share his last kiss with.
