While she has admitted to having a number of procedures, she admits the constant scrutiny and commentary about her looks is upsetting. "Attacking someone is sad in my opinion. Unprovoked is the saddest part. If you are offended or don’t like what you see, you simply don’t have to say anything. I hope you have a great first week of the new year. Thanks for making mine so jolly."

Khloe Kardashian's Plastic Surgery Rumors
The 40-year-old has admitted to having a nose job and, in a 2021 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian explained her new look was down to "good filter, good lighting, and an edit here and there." She also explained that while she uses injectables, she isn't a fan of Botox.
While the reality star is accustomed to her appearance being commented on, there is one rumor that still gets under her skin. “It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy,'” she revealed on Amanda Hirsch’s podcast. Not Skinny But Not Fat.
Although Khloe has been open about having rhinoplasty, fans think she went under the knife again recently to alter her nose. “I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that. I’ve had one nose job that I love."
"Like, I want everyone to know. … I don’t care to lie about it."
Khloe admitted to Andy Cohen in April 2021 that she has always been open about the cosmetic work she’s had done and doesn't understand why fans are so concerned about her looks. “Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose,” she said at the time. “I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded poorly to Botox.”
In a March 2016 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe explained that undergoing cosmetic procedures is like going to the hairdressers or any other aesthetic treatment popularity undergone by women.
“When you dye your hair, you’re changing who you are, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it — that should be your own personal decision. I just don’t like when someone else is like, ‘Man, I only want to date a girl if they have big t*ts,’ and then a girl’s like, ‘I gotta get double-Ds.’ If you want them, great. If you’re doing that for your man, that’s when it bothers me.”
Khloe Kardashian's nose job took place after the 2018 birth of her eldest child, True Thompson

"It’s the only way to live."
"It’s not real, you are presenting to the world what you want them to believe you are. It’s amazing. I think our society nowadays is so caught up on getting validation from the social world that no one really knows, so they post these things."
