It’s been a long time since we've heard any news that would help us "keep up with the Kardashians." However, that changed on Saturday, when American reality TV star, Khloe Kardashian blew up Instagram with a stunning image of her “girl gang.”
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a beautifully styled picture of what seems to be a reunion with her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, as well as half-sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. The sisters can be spotted sitting together on a couch, except for Kourtney, who’s hugging Khloe close while sitting on her lap.
The sisters look gorgeous sitting together in their ravishing dresses. Khloe can be seen sporting an illusion-creating full-length blue dress with heels as she hugs her sister Kourtney, who’s also sitting in her lap. Kourtney can be spotted hugging her younger sister close as she sticks her finger in Khloe’s mouth.
Kim is seen sitting in the middle in a beautiful brown thigh-length tight-fitting dress along with a pair of high-heel tanned boots. She completes her look with a small snake-print purse that goes perfectly with her dress.
On her left, her sisters, Kylie and Kendall sit close by, where Kendall can be seen closely hugging her twin, the Life Of Kylie star. Kendall looks incredible in a brown tube top and tanned leather pants, which she complements with a pair of snake-print boots. Kylie is seen donning a revealing black designer dress and playing with her elegant curls in the picture.
We hope to see more sisterly photos of the Kardashians, showing their love for each other on social media - especially because we might see less of them on TV soon. Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the show that started it all, just began airing its 20th and final season on March 18.
The news broke in an Instagram post made by Kris Jenner on September 8 of 2020, in which she thanked fans for their support over the last 14 years.
After 20 seasons of airing, the family decided to end the series because they all felt they needed to take a break from the spotlight.
"This was a dream of all of ours," Kim Kardashian told Grazia USA on Tuesday. "We never imagined we would get onto season two. Now we're on 20...We just need a minute to regroup."
"You know, we haven't had a break for 14 years," the cultural icon went on to explain. "We've gone in filming a season, then a spin-off, and I think there's no other way to say it other than we just live such big lives. And we have kids now. And they need us. There’s so much going on that, even just for a minute, we need a break."
Even as they look forward to the next stages of their lives, the ending of Keeping Up With The Kardashians marks the end of an era, and they're all feeling a little emotional about it - something fans can surely relate to. Kim has even collected items and props from the show to remember her time working on it. After all, this is the show that skyrocketed her to fame.
Nonetheless, as Khloe said, it's not like they're dead. They have so much ahead of them, and they will surely be keeping their loyal fans posted on social media every step of the way.
The final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs on Thursdays at 8PM EST, and all of the previous seasons are available to watch on Hulu.
