A report by Radar Online revealed Kim Kardashian relies on her team of nannies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In exchange for their hard work and time, her nannies reportedly each pull in a staggering six-figure salary. "They have a team of nannies on at all times and on call 24/7, each making a salary of around $100k," they said.
An insider told PEOPLE: "Both Kim and Khloé treat their nannies like family. Kim has several nannies that help with her kids and they have worked for the family for a while. Khloé has also held onto a nanny for True that she treats well."

Last week, Kim Kardashian jetted off on vacation with her little sister Khloe Kardashian to celebrate her birthday. Khloe also took her daughter True Thompson, brother Rob Kardashian and niece Dream Kardashian along for the ride. Also in attendance was Khloé's nanny Andreza Cooper. The group all set off in Kylie Jenner's $72 million private jet.
Cooper has since given Kardashian fans an inside look at the reality TV star's birthday break. The nanny shared a video for her 45,000 Instagram followers on Saturday as they celebrated Khloe's 38th birthday. In her bio, Cooper describes herself in Spanish as a person who "celebrates and supports all forms of motherhood."
Before stepping onto Kylie's luxurious jet, Cooper posed alongside her boss and her four-year-old daughter True. The trio stood in front of a large display of pink balloons, with some spelling out Khloe's nickname Koko. Khloe and Andreza looked effortlessly cool in all-black outfits for the flight and added large black sunglasses. Toddler True matched the decorations as she wore some pink pajamas. The video also showed the interior of the private jet which featured pink decorations.
A clearly excited Cooper shared a snapshot of the tasty treats on offer on the plane, which included avocado on toast and a white birthday cake surrounded by colourful macarons. The lucky nanny posed with one arm raised, holding a mimosa in her other hand. Cooper also shared footage of the jet flying over clear blue waters.
Khloe also uploaded a series of photos from the holiday as she enjoyed a dip in the sea with her family.
The former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star could be seen wearing a black Chanel swimsuit. She captioned the post: "Do not disturb. We are having fun."

Khloe has previously showered her nanny with gifts and even share cute videos of her daughter True singing "Happy Birthday" to Andreza to celebrate her big day back in May. One Reddit user gushed over their relationship writing: "I went through her Instagram and Khloe seems to treat her so well. She even threw the nanny’s mother a small birthday gathering, gets personalized going away cakes when the nanny goes on vacation, and always embraces her as part of the family!! My boss would never."
Another person wrote: "Khloe seems like the best employer out of them all."
Cooper previously opened up about she manages True's sleep cycle during an interview with Papo de Mae. She said: "In my current job, I'm babysitting for sure, but I started out as a newborn care specialist. As we travel a lot internationally, I also monitor her sleep, because there are a lot of time zones."
