She followed that up with another picture of herself in a pink Nirvana shirt, finally revealing what had kept her in bed.

Chelsea Blackwell On Loving Her Body
In recent months, Chelsea Blackwell has shared her weight-loss journey online with her fans and has always emphasized how losing weight and changing your body in general should be about what you want to look like and how you want to feel and not a stressful journey to fulfilling other people's expectations.
"I stand by I love my body," Chelsea said in a brave and vulnerable TikTok. "I've never been a small girl my entire life, and I'm OK with that."
"Why I decided to change what I was doing was because I wasn't feeling healthy," she opened up. "I wasn't feeling strong. It was affecting my mental health and it was affecting my energy levels."
About the changes she made, she said she changed what she ate and started intermittent fasting.
"When I eat, I stick to as many fruits and vegetables as possible," she said, adding that her first meal is around noon. "I have a lot of protein. Protein is what I try to have all my meals based on. That's my diet normally. When I eat better, I feel better."
About exercise, Chelsea said she's not a "gym girl" and instead enjoys more low-intensity ways to keep moving.
"The main key to something I think resulted in my weight loss is walking," she explained. "I will walk 45 minutes a day. It's really my time to meditate and listen to podcasts. That's my me time and it makes me happy."
She's already seeing the changes in herself and she loves it.
"I feel better. My skin feels better, I look better and I'm able to deliver my best possible self to everyone else around me."
