Love is Blind Season 7 brought a new round of singles looking for love. One match that came out of the pods was between Nick Dorka and Hannah Jiles.

After Nick and Hanna left the pods, it was clear their relationship was not going to be smooth sailing. Glimpses into each other's lives and exposure to individual behaviors brought about bickering and criticism from both sides.

Hannah made it clear she wanted Nick to grow up, while Nick pushed back periodically against her persistent complaints. Ultimately, the pair decided they were not destined for the altar. What Nick and Hannah have said since their breakup adds insight into what really led to their split.

Nick And Hannah Were The Two Youngest Members of The Season 7 Love Is Blind Cast

At first, Nick Dorka, age 29, and Hannah Jiles, age 27, didn't seem destined for a connection outside the Love is Blind pods. Hannah, who gave up her job in medical sales to take part, broke up with football player-turned-realtor Nick to focus on her budding relationship with Leo Baudy. Nick and Hannah reconnected later on and later got engaged.

From the outset, there was friction between Nick and Hannah. Hanna was surprised by Nick's physical appearance and claimed he hadn't been honest about what he looked like. His height, which he said was 5'11", didn't match what Hannah saw:

"It is making me feel a little bit insecure because I feel like I'm bigger than him... I'm like, a foot taller than him."

In Mexico, Hannah made a list of things about Nick that she considered to be "red flags." This didn't go over well with Nick, but Hannah later said it was supposed to be a "rough draft" and that she had "green flags" that she intended to add. Nick later said,

"I was a little confused because we had done a good job of talking face to face about any problems or issues we had."

After Mexico, living together brought a new round of challenges for the pair. Nick, who lived in his parents' basement, was often chided by Hannah for being immature and seemingly inept. At one point when Nick and Hannah argued about her comments about his behavior, Hannah told him she was making a man out of what she considered to be a boy.

Hannah And Nick Tried To Make It Work, But She Ultimately Said It Wasn't Meant To Be

After meeting each other's family and friends, living together, and entering into numerous arguments, Hannah decided not to attend the group outing to find wedding dresses. Alongside Nick's interactions with Hannah's loved ones, his lack of financial literacy and insufficient household maintenance proved to be too much for her.

Hanna later told People that she ultimately realized,

"If I'm still seeing all these issues and I'm just being mean to this man, I feel like I'm just dogging on this man, this is probably not someone that I want to be married to. It just all came to [this] realization, we shouldn't be together."

Hannah acknowledged how hard she had been on Nick, but made it clear she didn't regret anything she said or did while on the show. Hannah even expressed pride in her ability to learn from the experience. She believes her relationship with Nick taught her to be more patient and to "be kinder" to others. She also learned a lot about her own flaws and how to be her best self in future relationships.
